Part-time Fringe Benefits. Fringe benefits for part-time employees will be calculated based upon the budgeted full-time equivalency (FTE) of the position using the chart below. 1.0 to .90 100% Full-time status for purposes of ACA medical coverage is .75 FTE. Fringe benefits include sick leave, vacation leave, holiday leave, medical insurance, deferred compensation, vision coverage, dental insurance, and life insurance.

Part-time Fringe Benefits. 1. All part-time certificated employees who are employed on a half-time basis or greater shall receive, on a pro-rated basis, the following fringe benefits:  sick dayspersonal daysbereavement daystuition reimbursementsalary schedule advancement (for consecutively served years of service, when so summed and the full time equivalent exceed the integer equivalent of a year on or before July 1st, employee shall increase one step for the upcoming school year) 2. The administration requests the right to place part time teachers at the appropriate step and lane. This is consistent with other areas of the contract.
Part-time Fringe Benefits. 21.1 A part-time employee covered by this Agreement shall receive the benefits defined herein for a full-time employee computed however, upon the compensation rates established for such part-time employee. Such benefits shall not apply to "longevity" if the part-time employee receives such benefit from another Town or Municipal Department or Agency. Part-time employees, employed by a Town or Municipal Agency shall be considered on "sick leave" from his/her part- time position if he/she is on "sick leave" from such other Town or Municipal Agency for purposes of determining eligibility of sick leave and the sick leave buy-back provisions of this Contract. 21.2 An employee whose regular work week is 20 hours or more shall receive Blue Cross-Blue Shield Master Medical on the same basis as a full-time employee.

  • Part-Time Benefits time employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or in part by the hospitals, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call-in pay, responsibility pay, jury and witness duty, bereavement leave, and pregnancy and parental supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid. For part-time employees who are members of the Hospital's pension plan the percentage in lieu of fringe benefits is twelve percent (12%).

  • Other Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.

  • Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company, and shall receive such additional fringe benefits and perquisites as the Company may, in its discretion, from time-to-time provide.

  • PART-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS Regular part time employees shall be provided the opportunity to purchase benefits of one of the plans described in Article XVII, Sections B and C at the Employer plan’s premium cost. The Employer will pay the Employer’s monthly share of the premium cost at a ratio proportionate to the employee’s part time condition of employment contingent upon receipt of the employee’s yearly share of the employee’s premium.

  • Salary and Fringe Benefits The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload. The employee shall retain all other rights and benefits enjoyed by full-time members of the unit.

  • Fringe Benefit The benefits provided by this Agreement are granted by the Employer as a fringe benefit to the Executive and are not a part of any salary reduction plan or any arrangement deferring a bonus or a salary increase. The Executive has no option to take any current payments or bonus in lieu of the benefits provided by this Agreement.

  • Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

  • Company Benefits Subject to the satisfaction of the general rules for eligibility and participation under the Company’s standard employee benefit plans and practices, Executive shall be allowed to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefit plans and practices which may be in effect from time to time during the term of Executive’s employment and are provided by the Company to its employees generally. Such participation shall be governed by the applicable plan documents, and the Company reserves the right, in its discretion, to amend, modify, or discontinue any benefit plan or practice.

  • Vacation and Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation and fringe benefits at a level that is commensurate with the paid vacation and fringe benefits available to the Executive immediately prior to the Effective Date, or, if more favorable to the Executive, at the level made available from time to time to the Executive or other similarly situated officers at any time thereafter.

  • Leave Benefits Paid leave is available to the Superintendent when the following specific conditions are met: (1) the Superintendent is currently employed by the District and (2) the paid leave day is taken on a day Superintendent would otherwise be expected to be at work.
