Each employee shall wear the Government issued badge over the front of the outer clothing. When an employee leaves the Contractor's service, the employee's Passes and Badges shall be returned within 10 calendar days.

Passes and Badges. Wildlife Services will coordinate with the Airport contact as designated below to ensure that assigned Wildlife Services personnel are cleared to work and badged to work on the installation. Wildlife Services shall coordinate with Air Traffic Control, Air Operations, and the Airport Manager-On-Duty to gain access, permissions, and the appropriate equipment and training to be on and around the airfield. Advice and details on coordination with these personnel and departments can be obtained from the installation contact. All Wildlife Services vehicles shall be marked and equipped in accordance with FAA requirements for vehicles operated on the movement area of a certificated Airport under FAR 139 and the appropriate Advisory Circulars.

Once enrolled, the Contractor must provide the DBIDS Registrar with an approved employee list and then direct their employees to register into DBIDS. Spec Item 2.8.4.1 DBIDS Program DBIDS is an enterprise identity management and perimeter installation access control solution in which Contractor personnel who enroll, and are approved, are subsequently granted access to the installation for a period up to three years, or the length of the contract, whichever is less, and are not required to obtain a new pass from the Base Pass and Identification Office for each visit. There are no fees associated with obtaining a DBIDS credential. The Government performs background screening and credentialing. Throughout the year the Contractor employee must continue to meet background screening standards. Periodic background screenings are conducted to verify continued DBIDS participation and installation access privileges. DBIDS access privileges will be immediately suspended or revoked if at any time a Contractor employee becomes ineligible. Spec Item 2.8.4.2 DBIDS Credentials Contractor employees shall furnish a completed copy of the SECNAV 5512/1 form to obtain the required background check and visit the local Navy Installation Visitor Control Center to obtain a DBIDS credential once approved. All employees will carry this card in plain view whenever on Government property. Upon release of any employee, the Franchise Holder will ensure that any Government issued passes and the required Franchise Holder identification card are returned to the issuing office. The Cable Officer will assist in obtaining and returning such documents.

  • Evacuation (1) If the Combatant Commander orders a mandatory evacuation of some or all personnel, the Government will provide assistance, to the extent available, to United States and third country national Contractor personnel. (2) In the event of a non-mandatory evacuation order, unless authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer, the Contractor shall maintain personnel on location sufficient to meet obligations under this contract.

  • Deactivation Computershare applications shall automatically deactivate a User ID after a specified number of unsuccessful log-in attempts. Sessions must be restricted or timed out after a defined period of inactivity and require Users to re-authenticate. User IDs for Computershare Personnel with access to Customer Confidential Information shall be deactivated immediately upon changes in job responsibilities that render such access unnecessary, or upon termination of employment.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If ECI chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, ECI’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by ECI to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 ECI shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from ECI’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office ECI utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ECI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Access Control Supplier will maintain an appropriate access control policy that is designed to restrict access to Accenture Data and Supplier assets to authorized Personnel. Supplier will require that all accounts have complex passwords that contain letters, numbers, and special characters, be changed at least every 90 days, and have a minimum length of 8 characters.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Data Subjects The categories of Data Subjects who we may collect Personal Data about may include the following where they are a natural person: the Customer, the directors and ultimate beneficial owner(s) of the Customer, your customers, employees and contractors, payers and payees.   • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor.   • Service Animals Humber Residence acknowledges the rights of persons with disabilities to retain their service animal while living in Residence. In order to preserve the health and safety of all people and animals living or working in the Residence environment, the Resident will notify the Residence Office that they require a service animal and will provide documentation as outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act confirming that the Resident requires the service animal.
