Payment for Personal Leave. You will be paid your ordinary rate for Personal Leave, provided you are not covered by workers compensation.
Payment for Personal Leave. The employee must take at least forty (40) personal leave hours of their annual accrual of personal leave. For employees hired prior to October 1, 2010, the unused portion may be banked up to a total of 720 hours which may be used in later years once the current year’s earnings have been depleted. For employees hired after October 1, 2010, the maximum amount of personal leave that may be banked is two years of accrual allowance. The unused portion (amount remaining after meeting the forty hour (40) requirement) up to forty (40) hours may be cashed in with the remaining balance banked at the end of the fiscal year at the employee’s applicable base pay rate.
Payment for Personal Leave. You will be paid your Ordinary Pay for Personal Leave, provided you are not covered by workers compensat ion.
Payment for Personal Leave. If an employee takes a period of personal leave, Xxxxxxx will pay the employee at the employee’s Base Wage for the employee’s ordinary hours of work.
Payment for Personal Leave is subject to the Employee meeting each of the notice and evidence requirements as provided for in sub-clause 21.5.2 and 21.5.3 shall be paid at the Employee’s ordinary time rate of pay during that period for which Personal Leave was taken.
Payment for Personal Leave. (a) An employee who qualifies for paid personal leave in accordance with this clause will be paid at the ordinary rate of pay applicable immediately before the period of leave commenced.
(b) Employees are not entitled to take paid sick leave for any period during which they are entitled to worker’s compensation payments.
Payment for Personal Leave a. Permanent employees will be paid at the composite rate as specified for the Employee’s classification in the relevant section of this Agreement
b. GWEs will accrue personal leave at the rate 1 day per 5.21775 weeks of service for every hour worked up to a maximum of 10 days in each year and will be paid at the composite rate as specified in the relevant section of this Agreement
c. Where an Employee has no entitlement to personal leave and the Employee seeks carer’s leave, that Employee may, upon providing the Company with satisfactory proof and notice, be entitled to take two days of unpaid carer’s leave, per occasion. Additional unpaid carers leave may reasonably be taken by Employees.
Payment for Personal Leave. For each period of Sick/Xxxxx’s leave if the period of such leave does not exceed two days, you will be paid at your basic periodic rate of pay. In the event that the period of leave is three days or longer, you will be paid at the higher Normal Hourly Rate. If you do not comply with the notice and proof requirements detailed above you will not be paid for your absence from work.
Payment for Personal Leave. If an Employee takes a period of personal leave, the WCWR will pay the Employee at the Employee’s Base Wage for the Employee’s ordinary hours of work.
Payment for Personal Leave. This clause only applies to Employees employed in Xxxxx Street 24/7 Programs who work in roles in Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4. Employees have 5 days (pro rata for part time Employees) of personal leave in each year of service paid at their rostered rate of pay. All other personal leave is paid at the base rate of pay. All other Employees are paid personal leave at their base rate of pay.
