PAYMENT OF UNUSED SICK LEAVE UPON RETIREMENT. Employees retiring from College service shall be entitled to receive a payment of one (1) day's pay for each four (4) unused sick leave days the employee had accumulated at the time of retirement.
PAYMENT OF UNUSED SICK LEAVE UPON RETIREMENT. A. Employees with five (5) or more years of actual service with the County, the state or an Ohio political subdivision may elect to be paid in cash for twenty-five percent (25%) of the value of their accrued but unused sick leave credit.
PAYMENT OF UNUSED SICK LEAVE UPON RETIREMENT. Unit members with 15 years of service as a Teacher’s Aide shall be compensated for unused sick leave at the rate of one day’s compensation for each two days of accrual over 90 days. Xxxx leave payout amounts will not exceed $2,000 for unit members retiring on or after July 1, 2006; $2,200 for unit member retiring on or after July 1, 2007; and, $2,500 for unit members retiring on or after July 1, 2008.
PAYMENT OF UNUSED SICK LEAVE UPON RETIREMENT a) The Employer will provide for the payment of unused or accumulated sick leave upon the retirement of any regular employee subject to the following conditions:

In accordance with this Article, payment of accrued, but unused, sick leave will be made to each employee upon approved disability or service retirement under the Public Employees Retirement System from active service with the County. Such payment shall be made only once to any employee, and the amount of such payment shall be the greater of twenty-five percent (25%) of the employee’s accrued, but unused, sick leave up to a maximum of thirty two (32) days or the number of days specified below which corresponds to the employee’s years of completed service at the time of retirement. PAYMENT OF UNUSED SICK LEAVE UPON RETIREMENT. Any employee who is considered by the Bargaining Committee to be guilty of abusing the privilege of this Section shall be immediately suspended by the Management of the Employer from their employment with the Employer.
