PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you purchase any services that Provider offers for a fee, either on a one-time or in a subscription basis, you agree that Provider or if used, third-party vendors, may store your payment information. You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the services you as they become due, and to reimburse us for all collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts. You may be able to sign up for automatic billing or recurring billing for some services offered on the Site. Any recurring charge of a defined duration of time will be fixed at the price agreed to at the time of purchase. The specific billing terms for the services you order will be described on the offer page on the Site. If you sign up for automatic or recurring billing, you will be notified of the billing terms and how to stop recurring billing. By signing up for Provider services with recurring billing, you will be deemed to agree to those billing terms as described specifically on the Site. For more information about potential price changes for subscription billing over an indefinite period of time, see Section 3(c) above. Provider offers certain premium services such as Coach’s Review Services and other services, which are not included in the cost of Provider’sbasic subscriptionservices. Failure to pay for these premium services, if purchased, may result in the termination of your subscription. Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used and where your payment method was issued, your transaction may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices, because of exchange rates. Your transaction may also be subject to foreign currency exchange fees assessed by your bank or card issuer. Provider is not responsible for any foreign currency exchange fees or surcharges and will not make any compensation or reimbursement for charges imposed by your bank or card issuer. Provider does not support all payment methods, currencies or locations for payment. If the payment method you use with us, such as a credit card, reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your payment method information or cancel your Account or the applicable service, you authorize us to continue billing that payment method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS. Signing up to use the Services and registering for an Account requires payment by users (“Fees”). You agree to pay Social Stack Pro all fees associated with your use of the Services indicated to you at the time you agree to such Fees. All transmissions of payment information through the Site are secured with Internet-standard TLS (also known as HTTPS) encryption. We reserve the right to determine pricing for the Services. We may change the Fees for our Services, including additional fees or charges. If we make any changes to our Fees, we will give you advance notice of changes before they apply.

Our premium accounts are subscription based. When you sign up for our Premium subscription you agree to pay all applicable fees, and accept that your iTunes or Google Play account will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. Subscription Renewal Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of you subscription or trial period and your iTunes or Google Play account will be automatically charged on a monthly or annual basis, as applicable, until you cancel your subscription. If we are unable to charge your account or are otherwise unable to obtain payment for Services when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Premium Services until we receive payment from you. For example, and without limitation, if we are unable to charge your iTunes account when a payment is due, we may downgrade your access to our free service and limit the pins, places and photos you can view, at our discretion. Any limits imposed on your usage will be lifted once we can process a payment or you sign up for our Premium Services at a later date.

  • Dues and Subscriptions The City agrees to budget and to pay for the professional dues and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for the continuation and full participation in national, regional, state and local associations and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth and advancement, and for the good of the City.

  • Management Subscriptions Table 1.6 below lists the Management Subscriptions offered by Red Hat and the Unit description that is used to measure your use of the Management Subscription(s). The End User License Agreement that governs your use of the Software is located at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/XXXXx. The Exhibits listed in Table 1.6 contain additional information concerning the scope of the Management Subscriptions and how Red Hat provides Subscription Services to you.

  • Term of Purchased Subscriptions The term of each subscription shall be as specified in the applicable Order Form. Except as otherwise specified in an Order Form, subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the relevant subscription term. The per-unit pricing during any renewal term will increase by up to 7% above the applicable pricing in the prior term, unless Xxxxxx provides Customer notice of different pricing at least 60 days prior to the applicable renewal term. Except as expressly provided in the applicable Order Form, renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at Xxxxxx’x applicable list price in effect at the time of the applicable renewal. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any renewal in which subscription volume for any Services has decreased from the prior term will result in repricing at renewal without regard to the prior term’s per-unit pricing.

  • User Subscriptions Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users, (ii) additional User subscriptions may be added during the subscription term at the same pricing as that for the pre-existing subscriptions, prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User subscriptions are added, and (iii) the added User subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services.

  • Payments and Transfers 1. Except under the circumstances envisaged in Article 9.2, a Party shall not apply restrictions on international transfers and payments for current transactions with another Party.

  • Subscriptions Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, (a) Services and Content are purchased as subscriptions, (b) subscriptions may be added during a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing, prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added, and (c) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions.

  • ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

  • Rollover Contributions and Transfers The Custodian shall have the right to receive rollover contributions and to receive direct transfers from other custodians or trustees. All contributions must be made in cash or check.

  • Entitlements and Purchasing Requirements You must purchase the appropriate number of Software Subscription(s), based on the number of Socket-pairs for all Managed Nodes being managed by the Red Hat CloudForms Software. A “Socket-pair” is up to two sockets each occupied by a CPU on a Managed Node. Red Hat CloudForms Software is configured to manage virtual machines on certain public clouds (a “Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud”). You must purchase the appropriate number of Red Hat CloudForms for Public Cloud Software Subscriptions based on the number of Managed VMs instantiated on a Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud. Please confirm that a specific public cloud is a Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud prior to purchasing. A Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription is bundled with the Red Hat CloudForms Software Subscription and the fees for the Red Hat CloudForms Subscription are based on such bundled use. Any use of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux other than to run the Red Hat CloudForms Software is subject to Red Hat’s standard Software Subscription fees for such use.

  • Promotions and Transfers Professional staff are eligible for a promotion which occurs when there is a vacancy at a higher level for which they are qualified. The announcement of the position vacancy will include a description of the position, a detailed outline of expected educational and professional requirements and the salary range for the position. Staff members may bid online on any open position for which they qualify provided those positions are not being reserved for staff members affected by a layoff or intradepartmental postings. All regular vacant negotiations unit positions will be posted on the University Hospital website. The announcement of the position vacancy will be posted daily online. Interested internal candidates are to apply online. Computer Kiosks for the purpose of accessing job vacancies will be available at each Human Resources Office. Beginning thirty (30) days after ratification of this agreement, each internal applicant within a department who applies during the first five (5) days of posting for a higher classification within the same department, as identified on the position posting, shall be interviewed. Each internal candidate will be notified in writing of the decision with respect to his or her candidacy on a timely basis. This decision will indicate: 1.) that the applicant has been offered the position, or 2.) that the applicant has not been offered the position, including a reason for such decision. The Hospital agrees that seniority and all other relevant criteria will be taken into consideration in the selection of internal applicants for a position. Any dispute regarding this paragraph shall be grievable to Step Two of the grievance procedure with the decision at Step Two being final and binding. Transfer in status or classification shall not delay the use of entitled benefits. At the time of promotion, a staff member shall be provided the opportunity to negotiate his/her salary increase and shall receive written notice of final salary offer. Acceptance of the position constitutes acceptance of the salary, and the amount of the promoted staff member’s salary shall not be subject to the grievance procedure. This provision shall not result in any promoted staff member being placed off guide. Voluntarily transferred and promoted staff members shall serve a ninety (90) calendar day probationary period, subject to a ninety (90) calendar day extension. Time spent on an authorized leave shall not count towards the probationary period. Reclassifications and Involuntary transfers within a Department do not serve a probationary period. Such staff member shall retain all benefits and rights pertaining to negotiations unit members, including access to the grievance procedure, except for the decision concerning the outcome and disposition of their probation period. At any time prior to the end of probation, the staff member may return to his/her former position, provided that it is still available. If an employee opts to return to his or her former position, the employee may not bid on another position for six months. Should the staff member fail probation, the Hospital shall return the staff member to his/her former position if it is still available. Should the staff member’s position not be available, the employee may be offered a vacant position to the classification of the former title held by the employee before the promotion, if one exists at University Hospital. If the vacant position is in a different department, the employee must serve a 90 calendar day probation period. If not, the employee will be placed on the recall list for one year.
