Application Management. (1) ITSL shall operate the Service for the Customer as a hosted service and provide access to the latest version of the Service at any given time.
(2) Information in respect of notices of downtime, operational disturbances, maintenance and other circumstances influencing the service and the Authorised Users, shall be provided to the Company Contact. Notification of planned downtime during working hours shall, under normal circumstances, be provided no later than 14 days before the event.
Application Management. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Application for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Application or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Application in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Application.
Application Management. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide hosting of the applications necessary for this AGREEMENT in a centralized hosting facility. CONTRACTOR agrees that all software upgrades shall occur at the central hosting facility hosted by the CONTRACTOR, and shall automatically be picked up by all park locations connected to the system and any other connected COUNTY facilities.
Application Management. 2.4.2.1 Provide direction, guidance and coordination, as necessary, to MAXIMUS regarding services required to support, modify or enhance software applications provided by MAXIMUS;
2.4.2.2 Coordinate and schedule releases of new application capability; and
2.4.2.3 Manage application migration to various environments including deployment to production releases of code at scheduled time frames.

Application Management. Application Deployment Mobi engineers work with internal or external development teams to publish, distribute, and version specific applications key to the organization. Application Group Assignment Mobi designs application management and distribution specifically for the intended target. A strong identity management schema provides clear application targets. Application Repository Management Mobi engineers create application repositories in case a previous version is needed or if applications are not ready for production or staging. Application Planning/Use Analytics Mobi engineers will work with application dev teams to help provide development planning and valuable analytics. Application Security Policy Design Security has many layers, some of which occur inside of the application and some inside of the MDM platform. Mobi engineers will work to help you decide what is most important for your goals, then design and manage application security.
Application Management. Eggrock will be Client's single point of contact for all technical and functional issues associated with the Instant Enterprise. The authorized Client representatives identified in Exhibit A will have access to Eggrock's Customer Assistance Center ("eCAC") to alert Eggrock to problems with the Instant Enterprise. Client may contact the eCAC on a 7x24 basis, however; only application critical problems (i.e. end users are not able to access the Instant Enterprise) will be addressed 7x24. Corrections to the Instant Enterprise to bring it in substantial compliance with the Profile document will be provided during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST).
Application Management. IMT will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Supported Software, including deployment of updates and security patches. Regular MDM Software updates will be reviewed on a monthly basis. The scheduled and critical updates will be applied on mutually agreed schedule. IMT will provide [Client Name] the opportunity to review and/or validate, test and sign off on applied updates or patches.
