Physical Construction. Monitor compliance by the General Contractors with the Construction Procedures Agreement.
Physical Construction. Provide all of the construction facilities and services common to the requirements of all Trade Contractors, both temporary and permanent and ensure that all bidders are informed of the facilities and services being provided.
3.2.1 Advise the University of work which should best be done by the Construction Manager. Where the University approves of work to be done by the Construction Manager, such work shall be performed and paid for in accordance with the terms approved by the University.
3.2.2 Provide advice and assistance on labour problems in order to minimize work stoppages and in the settlement of jurisdictional or other labour disputes.
Physical Construction. Provide all labor, materials, construction equipment, tools and subcontract items which are necessary for the completion of the Project which are not provided by either the Trade Contractors or the Tenant. Construction Manager shall supervise the Work of all Trade Contractors and Construction Manager's own forces, and shall use good faith efforts to coordinate such Work with the work of any of Tenant's separate contractors, so as to complete the Project in a manner which will meet the Project Schedule and the Project Budget.
Physical Construction. Furnish and pay for all supervision, labor, materials, fabrications, assemblies, construction equipment and machinery, tools, water, heat, utilities, transportation and all other facilities and services that are necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the Work, excluding only those items specifically identified to be provided by CES or by others.

Except as provided in Article 2.2.2.2., provide all supervision, labor, materials, construction equipment, including, but not limited to, equipment, tools and subcontract items which are necessary for the completion of the Project which are not provided by either the Trade Contractors or the Owner. To the extent that the Construction Manager performs any Work with his own forces, he shall, with respect to such Work, perform in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the procedure applicable to the Project.

To the extent that the CM/GC performs any portion of the Work with its own forces, it shall, with respect to such work, perform in accordance with the Contract Documents and all requirements of this Contract shall apply as if it were a Trade Contractor for that portion of the Work. The CM/GC shall not bid on any of the trade work in competition with Trade Contractors or perform such work with its own forces without the prior written consent of the City.
2.4.1 Make provisions for all temporary facilities, equipment and services which are necessary for the performance of the Work or which are required by the Trade Contractors for performing the Work in compliance with the Contract Documents, and remove such facilities and terminate such services upon the completion of the Project.
2.4.2 Furnish and install construction signs advertising the Project as directed and approved by the City prior to their installation. Allow no other signs to be displayed on the Project site, except as approved by the City.
2.4.3 Keep the Project site clear and clean during construction, including the removal of all waste materials, rubbish, tools, scaffolding, and surplus materials and equipment from the Project site. Comply with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, ordinances, codes and standards concerning environ- mental control during construction, including reduction of air pollution, dust and noise control, containment of chemical vapors, control of engine exhaust gases, control of smoke, reduction of water pollution by control of sanitary facilities, proper storage of fuels and other potential contaminants and prevention of siltation and land erosion. Maintain streets and sidewalks around the Project Site in a clean condition. Remove all spillage and tracking arising from the performance of the Work from such areas, and establish a regular maintenance program of sweeping and hosing to minimize accumulation of dirt and dust upon such areas.
2.4.4 Ascertain any restrictive traffic conditions and comply with reasonable requests of the City in the use and operation of trucks and equipment on the Project site. Protect existing curbs, walks or other improvements from damage by heavy equipment.
Physical Construction. Construction Manager shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, construction equipment, tools and subcontract items which are necessary for the completion of the Project which are not provided by either the Trade Contractors or District so that the Project is constructed within the Budget and schedule. To the extent that Construction Manager performs any Work with his own forces, he shall, with respect to such Work, perform in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and in accordance with the procedure applicable to the Project.
Physical Construction. Provide all supervision, labor, materials, construction equipment, tools, and all items which are necessary for the completion of the Work which are not provided by either the Trade Contractors or the Owner, and in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 7.2. To the extent that the Construction Manager performs any Work with its own forces, the Construction Manager shall, with respect to such Work, perform in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and in accordance with the Procedure applicable to the Project.
Physical Construction. The XXXX shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, construction equipment, tools and supplies which are necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The XXXX shall be allowed to self-perform part of the Work which shall be performed with a separate guaranteed maximum price for the self- performed work. The fee of the XXXX for self-performed work will be negotiated at the time the Owner approves the XXXX to self-perform work. No self-performed work will be performed unless the Owner approves the XXXX to self-perform such work. If the XXXX desires to self- perform part of the Work with its own forces or a subsidiary company in a lump sum or via unit price bid then at least 3 other bids from entities not affiliated with the XXXX for that scope of work shall be secured and delivered to the Owner. XXXX’x bid for the self-performed work shall be delivered to the Owner 24 hours in advance of the bid opening of the other Trade Contractors.
