Pickups. 14.01 The Employer reserves the right to "pickups”. Matter once paid for by the Employer shall always remain the property of the Employer; whether in type or other form.

Pickups. No member of the bargaining unit, except mechanics, shall be required to furnish personal transportation including pickups or equipment, except hand tools, to be used in the service of the Employer. Ownership of such transportation shall not be a condition of hiring or continued employment.
Pickups. Participant may refuse Products, which are shipped incorrectly, not ordered, or shipped outside the applicable Yum! published shelf life matrix or which are otherwise non-conforming, in each case, at the time of delivery; provided, however, that Participant may refuse produce Products consistent with the customary practices in effect as of the Effective Date. Distributor shall pick up any such refused Product at the time of delivery or, in any event, on the next scheduled delivery except that: (i) produce Products, due to perishability, will not be picked up; and (ii) no frozen or refrigerated Products will be picked up once such Products have left Distributor’s possession. Distributor shall promptly issue credit to the applicable Participant for such returned Products. For Key Drop Deliveries, as defined in Section 3(b)(ii) of this Agreement, Participant must notify Distributor of shorts and damages by 11:00 a.m. the day the Product was delivered to be eligible for credit. Nothing in this Agreement precludes or limits Participant’s right to request credit for or pickup of Products with defects or which are non-conforming in ways not evident to a superficial visual inspection of the Products upon their delivery; provided, however, produce Products, due to perishability, will not be picked up and no frozen or refrigerated Products will be picked up once such Products have left Distributor’s possession. Participant’s requests for credit for Products with defects or which are non-conforming in ways not evident to a superficial visual inspection of the Products shall be directed to the Yum! Quality Assurance Hotline (the “Hotline”). The Hotline will evaluate the Participant’s request for credit and the supporting detail and recommend a credit, partial credit or no credit be provided by the Distributor to the Participant. The Hotline’s recommendation concerning the credit is non-binding and issues and other disputes concerning any credit will be resolved directly between the Distributor and the Participant. Products refused by Participants for reasons other than those stated above, shall be subject to a 15% restocking charge imposed by Distributor.
Pickups. 1. Pickup periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Some restaurants may not offer pickup facility.

You can reach back one week into the past to pick up a skipped share along with the current week’s share. Shares over one week old that are not picked up are forfeited.  If you can’t make it, you can always arrange for someone else to pick up for you. You are responsible for explaining the pickup location and procedures to your substitute. We’ll treat them well and give them assistance once they arrive, of course.  Consider bringing an insulated bag or cooler to keep your greens as fresh as possible for the trip home. The agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the number, size, and location of recycling containers, in addition to the frequency of pickups, as the need arises. The agency shall provide ten days’ notice for any change in container size, quantity, or service frequency. All pickups shall be made on the date and times as directed by the agency and servicing of the location shall be made known to the agency representative at each location. A written notice shall be left with agency representative after each service. The agency may substitute with written notice confirming service by the drive to allow the Contractor to fax or e-mail a confirming service notice to the specified agency representative for each dumpster serviced, provided each servicing notice is presentative within eight (8) hours after being picked up. The agency may discontinue the faxing alternative method at any time.
Pickups. After 11 months on the floor consigned items will be marked down by 50% and will have one month to sell at the discounted price. After one full year in the store, the items will either be donated or set aside for pickup, depending on what the consignor chose at the time of consignment. When the consignor drops off merchandise, they must choose whether or not they want to pick up their unsold items at that time. If they would like their unsold items returned, there will be a flat $10 NON-REFUNDABLE fee for pulling and setting aside the items. The consignor must pick up unsold items within 7 calendar days after email notification. All unsold items NOT picked up within 7 calendar days will without further notice automatically become property of So Precious In HIS Sight, LLC. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PICK YOUR ITEMS UP BEFORE THE CONSIGNMENT PERIOD IS OVER, THERE WILL BE A $1 CHARGE PER ITEM THAT YOU PICK UP.
