If such employee works at least one-half () hour after the end of his regular shift, he shall be paid at least one (1) hour additional pay and any work in excess of one (1) hour in overtime shall be paid on a proportionate basis to the last quarter (1/4) hour of work. D. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, a premium pay shall not be paid as a result of employees trading scheduled work days.
