Program Meetings. US Bio and Dyax shall have (i) weekly telephone conferences regarding the Services provided hereunder (ii) review meetings on a quarterly basis (“Quarterly Business Reviews”), unless otherwise agreed upon, at locations and times reasonably recommended by Dyax and agreed to by US Bio. From time to time Dyax will request designated US Bio representatives to attend and participate in scheduled program meetings related to Hub Services provided under the Agreement, including but not limited to, patient advisory boards, hub operations, and sales team meetings.
Program Meetings. Our program manager will lead a series of program meetings throughout the duration of the Pilot Program with City staff and key team members. On a monthly basis, the program manager will lead a virtual monthly program meeting with the City’s project manager and primary team members who are actively working on tasks. At this meeting, we will review the Pilot Program schedule and anticipated deliverables, provide an update on the program budget, identify and discuss critical path items, and discuss any outstanding decisions. On a bi-weekly basis, the program manager will hold a virtual check-in meeting with the City’s project manager to provide an update of progress. On a weekly basis, the program manager will check in with primary team members to discuss progress, issues requiring attention, and outstanding items still needing resolution. Early in the Pilot Program schedule, we will conduct a Maintenance Coordination Meeting with maintenance personnel to identify SSO locations, known manhole problems, maintenance challenges, and known basement sump locations. In conjunction with the annual report to the City, the program manager will lead a lessons learned meeting between the City project manager and key team members. At this meeting, we will discuss challenges encountered during the program and will include discussion of any revisions to the program.
Program Meetings. The Parties shall meet regularly (in person or by video, telephone or web conference) to review the performance by each Party of its responsibilities under this Agreement. It is expected that program review meetings will take place at least quarterly. Include the recycle center as an allowable expense for an appropriate time period to allow broad and comprehensive opportunity for public input and deliberation on the merits and feasibility of the long term operation of the facility. 3. Incorporate the Purpose, Policy and Scope language from the current City of Beaverton Solid Waste Management ordinance (attached) into the City of Ashland ordinance. 4. Include curbside post consumer services for both residential and commercial customer classifications 5. Include fleet management best practices (% of alt fuel, track./reduce overall vehicle miles travelled, max age of fleet, etc) to ensure efficient use of resources and to mitigate impacts on the community relating to vehicle fleet operations. The Commission would be very interested in continuing to be a resource to the working group and the Council as the project moves forward and could assist in developing the targets and other details related to the above recommendations as needed/desired by Council.

Attendance at program meetings shall not be required more than once per month and shall be no more than 1.5 hours in duration. The dates and descriptions of such meetings will be published by September 30 each school year. During each school year of this Agreement, paraprofessional members of the bargaining unit shall be required to attend up to two (2) program meetings outside their normal work day for staff development or other purposes. Attendance at program meetings shall not be required more than once per month and shall be no more than 1.5 hours in duration. The dates and descriptions of such meetings will be published by September 30 each school year. Program meetings for licensed and paraprofessional employees will end no later than 5:15 p.m. on regularly scheduled workdays. The number of required program meetings for an employee who works less than the full school term will be reduced by one (1) meeting for each full two (2) months not worked.

In consideration of the services provided by Participant Dealership described in Exhibit A and subject to the terms of the Agreement, PCEA shall pay Participant Dealership based on the following fee schedule and terms: 1. Participant Dealership shall only be entitled to reimbursement payment(s) for the authorized incentive level pursuant to Section 1.1 of this Agreement. In no event shall PCE be required to reimburse Participant Dealership for erroneously issued incentives that are inconsistent with Section 1.1.
