Management Review. The Company’s management have reviewed and agreed with the selection, application and disclosure of critical accounting policies and have consulted with its legal advisers and independent accountants with regards to such disclosure.
Management Review. 2. Within 60 days of this Agreement, the board of directors of the Bank shall complete an assessment of the Bank’s management and staffing needs (the “Management Review”). The primary purpose of the review shall be to aid in the development of a suitable management structure commensurate with the size and complexity of the Bank that is adequately staffed by qualified personnel. The Management Review shall, at a minimum, address, consider, and include:
Management Review. Developer's executive management shall review the quality system at defined intervals sufficient to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness in satisfying the requirements of this standard and Developer's stated quality policy and objectives. Management reviews shall be held, at least, at three-month intervals. Records of such reviews shall be maintained. Minutes shall be taken of the review meetings, and these minutes shall be maintained as quality records. Copies of minutes shall be provided to IFA within 30 days.
Management Review. 3. (a) Within 30 days of this Agreement, the boards of directors of Bancorp and the Bank shall retain an independent consultant acceptable to the Reserve Bank and the Department to conduct a review of the effectiveness of the Bank's management structure (the "Review") and to prepare a written report of findings and recommendations (the "Report"). The Review shall, at a minimum, address, consider, and include:
Management Review. The program area Director/Manager of the Party in which the breach occurred will report the detail of the breach of privacy and remedial steps to the Steering Committee.
Management Review. 10.1 Each party will act transparently and will work in a practical way in regards to any issues that may arise in the spirit of co-operation, trust, respect and confidentiality. In general the working arrangements covered by this Agreement should be reviewed at least every twelve
Management Review. If the issue is not resolved at Step 1, or jointly referred to another administrative procedure for resolution, the employee may, within ten (10) business days of receiving the response from the immediate supervisor, serve a grievance initiation form with the immediate supervisor (or another member of Management if the immediate supervisor is not available within the ten day filing period), who will accept it on behalf of Management and immediately forward it to the next level manager above the immediate supervisor who is not in the same bargaining unit as the employee. Management shall notify the Union of any formal grievance filed that involves the interpretation and/or application of the provisions of this MOU and a full-time Union Staff Representative shall have the right to be present and participate in the discussion at any formal grievance meeting concerning such a grievance. If the full-time Union Staff Representative elects to attend said grievance meeting, he/she shall inform the City Attorney's Management representative of his/her intention. The Union is to be notified of the resolution of all other formal grievances. The manager, or appropriate designee, shall meet with the employee within ten (10) business days of the date of service of the grievance form at this Step to discuss the facts and solicit information on possible solutions or other appropriate administrative procedures. The manager will provide a written response to the employee within ten

The manager, or appropriate designee, shall meet with the employee within ten (10) business days of the date of service of the grievance form at this Step to discuss the facts and solicit information on possible solutions or other appropriate administrative procedures. The manager will provide a written response to the employee within ten (10) business days of meeting with the employee. Failure of Management to respond within the time limit shall entitle the grievant to process the grievance to the next step.
Management Review. The management review focuses on the possible need to alter the energy policy, targets and other elements of the Energy Efficiency System, should there be need for such changes on the basis of the information obtained from the Energy Efficiency System audits, due to changed circumstances or commitment to continuous improvement.
