Promotional Terms. From time to time, we may offer discounts or run promotions and special offers (Promotions) subject to both these booking terms and conditions and any additional promotion-specific terms that are incorporated into these booking terms and conditions by reference. You should ensure that you read the specific terms and conditions that apply to each Promotion. We reserve the right to cancel or change any Promotion at any time in our discretion. By purchasing a trip on a promotional basis, you agree and accept the terms and conditions of that Promotion. If there are any inconsistencies between these booking terms and conditions and the Promotion’s terms and conditions, the Promotion’s terms and conditions apply to your booking. Please note videos and images on our website may vary from current tour itineraries. Please note any and all Promotions cannot be combined (so for instance a past customer discount cannot be added to another Promotion), and specifically exclude gift cards and tours operated via third parties (e.g. our Bibbulmun, Larapinta and Flinders Ranges with camels tours).
Promotional Terms. Client hereby grants to Heyday the right to identify Client as a commercial partner on Heyday’s websites, social media, commercial brochures and documents, and for such purpose only, Client hereby grants unto Heyday the limited, non-exclusive and royalty-free right to display Client’s name and logo. Further, Heyday is authorized to disclose in general terms to third parties the nature of the commercial relationship between Heyday and Client. Client may withdraw its consent at any time by sending Heyday a notice to such effect, it being understood that such withdrawal cannot apply retroactively.

Products will be shipped directly to Customer approximately 20 days after the applicable service date benchmarks. Customer is ineligible to receive promotional items if customer is no longer enrolled with Atlantic or if an enrollment cancellation has been transmitted to the utility prior to the product shipping date. Atlantic Energy makes no representations or warranties regarding the promotional products other than those expressly set forth in this Contract and provided by the manufacturer. Atlantic Energy expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular use with respect to the promotional products. Promotional Terms. At our sole discretion, we may offer you promotional terms for a new purchase or for an existing balance. Any promotion will be subject to the terms of the promotional offer and this Agreement. Below is a description of some of the promotional terms that we may offer in our sole discretion from time to time. No Interest If Paid in Full Plans. If any single purchase is designated as purchased under a no interest if paid in full plan, you will pay no Interest on that balance if the promotional purchase is paid in full in the designated promotional time period (which may be 6 months, 12 months, or another period specified in the promotion). If the promotional purchase balance is not paid in full by the end of the designated promotional period, or if we do not receive a required minimum payment within 60 days of its due date, Interest will be charged to your account at the Regular APR from the promotional purchase date. Unless the promotion states that there is no separate promotional minimum payment, the required minimum payment for the promotional balance will be the amount of the promotional purchase divided by the promotional period, rounded up to the nearest $5.00 increment. However, if the promotion specifies a minimum purchase amount, in no case will the minimum payment be less than the minimum purchase amount divided by the promotional period, which may shorten your repayment period in certain instances. The minimum payment will never be more than the remaining promotional purchase balance. If the promotion states that there is no separate promotional minimum payment, then the amount of the promotional balance will be included in your regular balance for the purpose of calculating your minimum payment. Reduced Rate Plans. If any single purchase is designated as purchased under a reduced rate plan, we will calculate the Interest for the promotional balance by using an APR that is less than your Regular APR (the “Promotional APR”), in lieu of the Regular APR during the specified promotional period (which may be 6 months, 12 months, or some other period specified by us). The Promotional APR will return to your Regular APR at the expiration of the promotional period or if we do not receive a required minimum payment within 60 days of its due date. FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY, CUSTOMERS THAT ENTER INTO A ONE (1) YEAR SUBSCRIPTION FOR SWISSMEDA CLOUD IMAGING SHALL RECEIVE THE FIRST X MONTHS OF SUCH SUBSCRIPTION FOR FREE, INCLUSIVE OF INSTALLATION TIMING. THE SUBSCRIPTION MAY BE CANCELED AT ANY TIME DURING THE TWO-MONTH PROMOTIONAL PERIOD. IF THE SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT CANCELED WITH THIS TWO-MONTH PERIOD, THE REMAINING (12 – X) MONTHS OF THE INITIAL ONE (1) YEAR TERM WILL BE BILLED MONTHLY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS ADDENDUM AND COMPANY’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Promotional Terms. If you purchased a product/service during a promotion bundled with a free product (i.e a domain name) and you fail to renew it before the date of expiration or a change is made to the billing cycle of the product during the promotional period, the terms of the promo become void. The free product will be charged at the standard renewal rate of the current price of the product. Domain name promo discount offers does not apply to renewals, transfers, premium domains, trademark domains and pre-registration domain fees except otherwise stated in the promotional communication.
Promotional Terms. Rarely, the sales group will request to make available to customers promotional terms usually calling for extended payment periods which usually preserve the maximum cash discount opportunity. It is CFS responsibility to analyze the cost of incremental investment that results from offering the terms and advise the Sales Manager of the costs prior to the promotion. Further, CFS will make recommendations concerning the timing and structure of the terms. From time to time, it may be necessary to withhold the availability of promotional terms from some customers because they cannot justify the higher level of credit and CFS will so advise the Sales Manager. Following the promotion and when requested, CFS will provide an analysis of the actual results, including the cost of the incremental investment, to the Sales Manager if requested.
