Public Holiday Rates. Public Holiday rate – applies to those hours worked on the public holiday. This shall be paid at time one (T1) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay (as defined in clause 2.5.2). (See clause 4.1 for further clarification.)
Public Holiday Rates. (a) Subject to clause 6.9.4(b), employees working rostered normal hours on a public holiday will be paid at the applicable Shift Rate.

Public Holiday Rates. 13.1 The days on which New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Australia Day, Anzac Day, Queen’s Birthday, Labour Day, are observed together with such other days which may be proclaimed by the government and which are observed as public holidays, will be recognised as public holidays for the purposes of this agreement.
Public Holiday Rates. 24.5.1 For time worked on New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Easter Monday, Queen’s Birthday, Labour Day, Picnic Day, Show Day and Boxing Day (Monday to Friday inclusive) payment will be made at the following rates in addition to the weekly wage:
Public Holiday Rates. If the provisions of the Storemen and Packers Wholesale Drug Stores (State) Award are altered then these alterations will supersede the provisions of this section:
Public Holiday Rates. 4.2.4.1 Work performed on Public Holidays will be paid at ordinary rates of pay.
