PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE. Failure to record time of arrival or departure from the premises. Knowingly recording the time of another employee or permitting another employee to record your time. Punching time card more than ten minutes before starting time or more than ten minutes after quitting time. PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE. 2.1. I will consistently be on time for scheduled attendance at the CCS and I will notify staff, as soon as possible, if I am delayed for any reason. I understand that if I am unable to attend on time and/or do not attend, without prior notification, my use of the service will be reviewed.
2.2. I understand and agree that, at times, facilitated changeover or supervised contact may be cancelled and/or rescheduled, at the discretion of the CCS.
2.3. I will follow all instructions given by the CCS staff including instructions regarding entry and exit points, times of arrival/departure and leaving the CCS promptly.
2.4. I will not seek personal contact with the other parent whilst using the CCS, unless otherwise arranged.
2.5. I understand that the CCS will not facilitate the exchange of documents or other written information between parents at the time of the visit or any other time.
2.6. I understand that as the parent the child(ren) spends time with, if I am more than 20 minutes late and have not notified the CCS, the service will advise the other parent and cancel the visit. The staff will arrange to return the child(ren) to the other parent, however if (s)he is unavailable, staff will make other suitable arrangements. I understand that if a visit is cancelled in this situation, it is unlikely the visit can be rescheduled, due to CCS availability.

PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE. Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time in assigned District standard uniform and boots and prepared to start work. Employees shall be granted 10 minutes prior to the end of their shift to clean up and change out of their uniform. Late arrival, early departure or other absences from scheduled hours are disruptive and must be avoided. If an employee is unable to report to work on any particular day, he/she must call his/her direct supervisor, on their District issued cell phone, at least 15 minutes before the start of his/her shift, but no earlier than 45 minutes. If the employee’s direct supervisor or Department Head does not answer, the employee must call the General Manager. An employee must talk to an individual, message are not acceptable. If an employee fails to report for work without any notification and is absent for three (3) consecutive days, the District will consider that the employee has voluntarily terminated his/her employment with the District.

PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE. 6.1. It is an essential requirement of the UNIVERSITY that the EMPLOYEE: has a good attendance record; is punctual; maintains a strict observance of start-up, stopping and break times.
6.2. Failure on the part of the EMPLOYEE to comply strictly with this requirement, will reflect on the EMPLOYEE’s capacity to fulfil the functions for which the EMPLOYEE is engaged, entitled the UNIVERSITY to terminate the EMPLOYEE’s service.
PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE. As an employee of Crunch Care, Inc., you are expected to be punctual and regular in attendance. Any tardiness or absence causes problems for your fellow employees and your supervisor. When you are absent, your workload must be performed by others, just as you must assume the workload of others who are absent. Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to start work. Employees also are expected to remain at work for their entire work schedule, except for meal periods or when required to leave on authorized Company business. Late arrival, early departure or other absences from scheduled hours are disruptive and must be avoided. If you are unable to report for work on any particular day, you must call your supervisor 24 hours prior to the shift or as quickly as possible. In all cases of absence or tardiness, employees must provide their supervisor with an honest reason or explanation. Employees also must inform their supervisor of the expected duration of any absence. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, you must call in prior to the start of your scheduled work day if you are unable to report to work. Excessive absenteeism, excused or not, will not be tolerated. Each situation of excessive absenteeism or tardiness shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. However, even one unexcused absence may be considered excessive, depending upon the circumstances. Excessive absenteeism or tardiness can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. In addition, if you fail to report for work without any notification to your supervisor and your absence continues for a period of two (2) days, the Company will consider that you have abandoned your employment and have voluntarily quit. Please note if you fail to report for work without any notification to your supervisor for even one (1) day you can be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. Absences protected by local, state and federal law do not count as a violation of the punctuality and attendance policy. Paid sick time protected under California law does not count as a violation of this policy.
