Rate of Pay for Overtime. Where an employee has been authorized to work overtime and has performed overtime work as defined in Article 12.02, the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half for such work, or the employee may at the discretion of the Supervisor/Principal, receive time off at the overtime rate. Such time off at the overtime rate shall be taken at a time mutually agreed upon by the Supervisor/Principal and the employee.
