Rates Inclusive. All rates are all-inclusive and include recruitment fees, travel reimbursement, lodging per diem reimbursement, meal & incidental expense per diem reimbursement and compensation for Agency Staff. Client acknowledges that it will be subject to the 50% deduction limitation under Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”) § 274(n) to the extent such limitation applies to any reimbursement for which it is responsible. Agencies may provide Client with sufficient substantiation of any such reimbursement in accordance with IRC § 274(d).

  • Moving Expenses Reimbursements and procedures will be in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services, Chief Human Resource Office Policy 40.055.10, and its successors. Changes in this policy will be automatically incorporated into this contract Article.

  • Unused Sick Leave The accrual of unused sick leave hours is unlimited. The City and the Union commit to the evaluation and establishment of a mutually beneficial non-use of sick leave incentive and pay-out policy. Until such time that a policy is established, accumulated sick leave shall be compensated as follows: Upon retirement from the City service, an employee shall be paid sixty percent (60%) of his accumulated sick leave, with the rate of payment based upon his regular pay at the time he retires. Upon the death of an employee, his beneficiary shall be paid sixty percent (60%) of his accumulated unused sick leave, with the payment based upon his regular pay at the date of his death.

  • Construction Cost 3.1. Construction Cost does not include the fees of the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and consultants, the cost of the land, rights- of-way, or other costs, which is the responsibility of the State as provided in Paragraphs 2.2 through 2.3. or any of the contingencies available for the project unless specifically stated otherwise. 3.2. Labor furnished by the State for the Project, however, with respect only to the construction of such components thereof as have been designed by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER, shall be included in the Construction Cost at current market rates. Materials and equipment furnished by the State shall be included at current market prices, except that used materials and equipment shall be included as if purchased new for the Project.

  • Construction Costs Under no circumstances shall the Consultant be liable for extra costs or other consequences due to unknown conditions or related to the failure of contractors to perform work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Consultant shall have no liability whatsoever for any costs arising out of the Client’s decision to obtain bids or proceed with construction before the Consultant has issued final, fully-approved plans and specifications. The Client acknowledges that all preliminary plans are subject to substantial revision until plans are fully approved and all permits obtained.

  • Living Expenses You will normally live in Oxford while you are a Matriculated Non-Award Student and will need to pay for your living costs such as food, accommodation, and personal items, unless this is being covered by your home institution.

  • Daily Overtime All employees shall be paid the applicable overtime rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day.
