Recall From Annual Leave. When during any period of annual leave, an employee is recalled to duty, he/she shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses that he/she incurs:

Recall From Annual Leave. When an employee on the inflexible schedule (and FLSA exempt employees holding positions on the flexible schedule who are temporarily placed on the inflexible schedule) is recalled from annual leave without 24 hours' advance notice, he or she receives such premium pay for the hours worked for which the 24 hours’ notice was not given and which fall within the employee's basic workweek. In no case does the employee receive less total pay than the equivalent of four hours at the straight-time rate.
