Recall From Annual Leave. When during any period of annual leave, an employee is recalled to duty, he/she shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, that he/she incurs:

(a) in proceeding to his/her place of duty;
(b) in respect of any non-refundable deposits or prearrangements associated with his/her annual leave;
(c) in returning to the place from which he/she was recalled if he/she immediately resumes annual leave upon completing the assignment for which he/she was recalled; after submitting such accounts as are normally required by the Employer.
18.06 The employee shall not be considered as being on annual leave during any period in respect of which he/she is entitled under Clause 18.05 to be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred by him/her.
Recall From Annual Leave. When an employee on the inflexible schedule (and FLSA exempt employees holding positions on the flexible schedule who are temporarily placed on the inflexible schedule) is recalled from annual leave without 24 hours' advance notice, he or she receives such premium pay for the hours worked for which the 24 hours’ notice was not given and which fall within the employee's basic workweek. In no case does the employee receive less total pay than the equivalent of four hours at the straight-time rate.
Recall From Annual Leave. 39.4.1 The employer may recall a pilot from annual leave by agreement of the pilot concerned.
39.4.2 If a pilot is so recalled he or she is entitled to two days annual leave in place of each such day. The pilot may elect to add such additional entitlements to the balance of his or her interrupted annual leave period.
Recall From Annual Leave. An employee who agrees to be recalled from annual leave to attend emergency work shall have the annual leave day re-credited and in addition shall receive payment for hours worked at applicable overtime rates as set out in this Agreement.
Recall From Annual Leave.
24.13.1. The Employer will not be entitled to recall an Employee from annual leave except by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee.
24.13.2. If the Employee agrees to be recalled from leave:
a. annual leave shall be re-credited for the duration of the recall, or b. the Employee will be entitled to receive overtime payments in accordance with Section 47 – Additional Hours, or
Recall From Annual Leave. 51.1 The Company will not be entitled to recall a Pilot from annual leave or an RDO within an annual leave period except by agreement between the Company and the Pilot.
51.2 Where a Pilot is so recalled the Pilot will not be re-credited the leave day and may elect to either:
(a) be granted one day in lieu plus an allowance equivalent to a day’s pay
(b) be paid in accordance with clause 23.7(b); or
(c) be granted two days in lieu.

Recall From Annual Leave. (a) An employee shall not be recalled to duty from annual leave unless it is unavoidable.
(b) Where an employee is recalled from annual leave, the employee shall be:
(i) reimbursed any costs incurred by the employee in returning to duty;
(ii) recredited the annual leave forgone; and
(iii) entitled to submit evidence of inconvenience in order to apply for additional compensation commensurate with any hardship caused. Such compensation shall be at WorkSafe Victoria’s discretion.
Recall From Annual Leave. Where operational requirements permit, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort not to recall an employee to duty after he has proceeded on annual leave. Where, during any period of annual leave, an employee is recalled to duty, he shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Employer, that he incurs: in proceeding to his place of duty, and
