Salary Scale Adjustments. (1) Effective August 18, 2013, there shall be an adjustment to the salary scales in each rank as follows:

Salary Scale Adjustments. (a) The pay rates for Fiscal Year 2023 are provided in Exhibit B1 and B2. Exhibit B1 shall be effective the first pay date after July 1, 2022 and shall remain in effect until the pay period which includes January 1, 2023. Exhibit B1 reflects the adjustment of the scale to align with the general scale and includes and overall, across the board increase. Exhibit B2 shall be effective the pay period which includes January 1, 2021 and shall remain effective until the pay period which includes January 1, 2022.
Salary Scale Adjustments a) Effective April 1, 1997 there shall be a salary scale adjustment for each of the following ranks: Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Coach, Librarian 1, Librarian 2, Librarian 3, Librarian 4, Instructor 1, Instructor 2, and Instructor 3. Each Member who is currently employed on or after the date of signing of this Collective Agreement, shall receive a salary scale adjustment to his/her base salary rate. The salary adjustment shall be to the greater of his/her base salary effective March 31, 1997 or a years in rank placement salary. Related to Salary Scale Adjustments

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.

  • Wage Adjustments If the funding available to be used for wages provided by Government in any fiscal year increases, the Employer shall pass on such increases to employees consistent with the funding increase adjusted for any additional deficits that this contract incurs. This will be the case whether the funding increase is for the entire year or simply a portion of it, and wage increases shall be effective upon the effective date of the increased funding. Should there be no increase provided by Government, wages will be maintained at their present levels. Should there be a decrease in funding, then the Employer will maintain wages at present levels. The Employer will promptly provide the Union with any information it receives from the Government regarding funding available for wages, and the parties will meet as required to work towards cooperative resolution of any issues arising from this Government information.

  • Wage Adjustment Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement on the contrary, the wages of employees shall be reduced by the amount of employee contributions made by the employer pursuant to the provisions hereof.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • SALARY STEP INCREASES a. Increases to steps above the entry step shall be based on performance and length of service. The employee must have earned the equivalent of at least twenty-six

In the settlement of the Kindergarten Teachers, Head Teachers and Senior Teachers' Collective Agreement 2000-2002 the parties committed themselves to the implementation of pay parity for kindergarten teachers. Senior teacher K3 and K4 salaries were benchmarked to the base salary (excluding the roll-based supplementary component) of a primary U2 and U3 principal respectively.

  • Cost Adjustments Both parties agree that contracted prices shall be fixed for the first 12 months of this Contract. Contractor must submit to District any proposed cost adjustments at least 60 days before the proposed effective date of such increases with a detailed explanation for each adjustment. District alone reserves the right to reject any changes to this Contract it deems unacceptable.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.
