Scheduling of Days Off. The manufacturers agree that the scheduling of days off shall be on a consecutive basis wherever practicable.
Scheduling of Days Off. 27.01 Work schedules are to be posted at least one (1) week in advance. The employer will allow full-time employees to exchange shifts with part-time employees and vice versa, once a schedule has been posted. In these instances the second and third sentence of Article 27.01 (full-time) shall apply to both the full-time and part-time bargaining unit employees. Employees shall be restricted to four (4) shifts changes per month. One shift change includes a straight block of time (2 weeks) with one person.

Such request must be submitted in writing and will be subject to management approval. Employees requesting shift give-aways must advise who is accepting the shift prior to submitting the request.
