Scope of Services and Fees. On-Site Services will be provided in Redwood City and City Hall for a minimum of the following: • On-site staffing at City Hall at least 20 hours per week for Plan Review Services • On-site staffing at City Hall and in Redwood City for Field Inspection Services • On-site staffing at City Hall for Permitting Services as requested by the City
Scope of Services and Fees. The services to be performed by Consultant and the associated fee are attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement or by using serially numbered Work Authorizations, all as identified on the signature page to this Agreement, and shall be performed by the Consultant in accordance with the Client's requirements. The Scope of Services and Fee Estimate (Attachment A) is valid for sixty (60) days, after which Consultant reserves the right to revise the Scope or Fee Estimate. It is mutually understood that Consultant’s fee is not a firm contractual amount, except the total fee by the Consultant shall not be exceeded unless authorized in writing by the Client. The intent of the Scope of Services is to identify the services to be provided by Consultant. However, it is specifically understood that by written notice to Consultant, Client can decrease or, with concurrence of Consultant, increase the Scope of Services.
Scope of Services and Fees. CBRE's scope of services shall remain unchanged and Fees as defined in the Agreement are hereby increased to include the timeframe of the Third Renewal Period identified within the "CBRE | Heery - Owner's Representative Services - Staffing Plan" (the "Staffing Plan"), attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment B.
Scope of Services and Fees. The Consulting Engineer shall provide engineering services on a task order basis at a rate described in Appendix A, “Rate Schedule”. This rate is to be reviewed on an annual basis. Additionally, MKN & Associates, Inc. shall provide on-call services at the option of the City which shall also be compensated for as provided in the attached Appendix A. On-call planning services shall include reviews of proposed projects and preparation of staff reports if requested, in addition to preparing or aiding with planning documents as needed or requested. Such planning documents may include General Plans, Specific Plans, Flow Models, and required notices and technical studies that may be necessary to comply with State laws and regulations. Consulting Engineer shall not be compensated for any services rendered in connection with its performance of this Agreement which are in addition to or outside of those set forth in this Agreement or listed in Exhibit “A” unless such additional services are authorized in advance and in writing by the City Council or Assistant City Manager of City. Consulting Engineer shall be compensated for any such additional services in the amounts and in the manner agreed to by the City Council or Assistant City Manager.

It is mutually understood that CONSULTANT’S fee is not a firm contractual amount except the total fee by the CONSULTANT shall not be exceeded unless authorized in writing by the CLIENT. The intent of the Scope of Services is to identify the services to be provided by CONSULTANT. However, it is specifically understood that by written notice to CONSULTANT, CLIENT can decrease or, with concurrence of CONSULTANT, increase the Scope of Services.
Scope of Services and Fees. (a) Crossroads will initially provide consulting services to the Company in five (5) operational and strategic areas as described in a letter to Day Runner dated March 21, 2000, and more fully described in Crossroads' correspondence to Day Runner dated March 9, 2000. The operational and strategic consulting areas, presented in the Company's priority order, are:
Scope of Services and Fees a. Crossroads has completed the Financial Advisory Services portion as designated in the Letter Agreement. Effective May 15, 2000 ("Commencement Date") and terminating on June 30, 2001 ("Term"), Crossroads will provide interim management services to the Company at a fixed monthly fee of $110,000 ("Monthly Fee"). Crossroads represents to Company that the proposed Monthly Fee represents a significant discount and savings for the Company versus the hourly rate. The Monthly Fee shall include the services of two Crossroads professionals:
(1) Xxxx Xxxxxx, Principal or a suitable replacement as determined by Crossroads and acceptable to the Company's Board of Directors ("Board") will serve as the Company's Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). CEO will report to the Board and shall have the full authority for the day-to-day operations of the Company, including the implementation of the proposals to be made to the Bank Group on or about May 17, 2000. The Company, Crossroads and CEO acknowledge and agree that the CEO is not and shall not be deemed to be an employee of the Company for any purpose or at any time, and shall not be eligible to participate in any of the Company's employee benefit plans, programs or arrangements available to the Company's employees, including but not limited to, the Company's Officer Severance Plan. The CEO shall not, without Board approval: (a) remove from office or affect the duties or compensation of the Company's Chairman, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, (b) sell or otherwise dispose of any material part of the business or material assets of the Company or any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company or (c) terminate any of the Company's outside accountants and lawyers. If any of the above cease to work with the Company or are terminated by the Board, the CEO shall have the authority to hire a replacement subject to Board approval. The Company, Crossroads and CEO recognize that the number of hours devoted to the Engagement by CEO will fluctuate based upon the activities in progress.
(2) Xxx Xxxxxx, Director will provide financial and operational assistance.

Scope of Services and Fees. At the request of TRS, Contractor will perform professional printing and mailing services, which may include but shall not be limited to the following: printing and mailing newsletters, ballots, and other communications to active retired members of the retirement system. From time to time, TRS will communicate the requirements of a printing and mailing job to Contractor. Thereafter, Contractor will develop an estimate of the costs for the job. Contractor agrees to charge TRS no more than applicable rates in any price contract in effect between Contractor and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. If the estimate of printing and mailing costs is accepted by TRS, TRS will advance payment of any required postage, which shall be credited to TRS’s customer account with Contractor. Contractor may make withdrawals as needed from TRS’s customer account for postage for the job. Following completion of the job, Contractor will invoice TRS for printing, along with any credits for unused prepaid postage or charges for additional postage due, for the job. TRS will pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt.
