Section 9.1.1.2. 12 At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death, an 13 eligible employee or the employee’s estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to 14 one (1) day’s current monetary compensation for each four (4) full days accrued leave 15 for illness or injury to a maximum of one-hundred eighty (180) days.
