Senior Project Personnel. Construction Manager has identified to the Owner its Senior Project Personnel, including the Construction Manager’s Project Manager who will be responsible for the Project, and all full-time supervisory personnel for the Project, including the superintendent, and their respective reimbursement rates (for salaries and benefits) as set out in Exhibit C (Construction Manager’s Personnel Rates Schedule). Construction Manager shall also identify any consultants that will be performing services for the Project. After execution of this Agreement by the Owner, Construction Manager shall not, except for instances of discharge or termination of employment, remove or replace the persons or entities assigned to the Project except with the Owner’s written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Construction Manager shall not assign to the Project or contract with any person or entity to which Owner has a reasonable objection. Construction Manager shall promptly update Owner in writing with the list of persons and consultants if they change during the course of the Project. § 2.2.1 No later than thirty (30) days after receipt of written request from Owner or as otherwise agreed by the parties, the Construction Manager shall prepare a GMP Proposal in a form approved by the Owner for the Owner’s review and acceptance. The Guaranteed Maximum Price in the GMP Proposal shall be computed as the sum of the following: a. the Construction Manager's Estimated Cost of the Work (as approved by the Owner) which consists of the sum of the guaranteed or fixed prices of the Work, including those items procured by the Construction Manager pursuant to Section 2.1.7 above, and the reasonable, good faith estimate of the cost of the balance of the Work; b. the Construction Manager's Reimbursable Conditions Costs (to the extent that it is segregated from the Cost of the Work); c. a deductive amount for any savings incurred for bought-out, completed or partially completed Work included in duly executed Work Authorization Amendments approved prior to establishing the Guaranteed Maximum Price; d. the Construction Manager's Contingency pursuant to (and as limited by) Section 2.2.4.1 below; e. the Owner’s Construction Contingency pursuant to (and as limited by) Section 2.2.4.2 below; f. the Construction Manager's Fee in accordance with Section 5.1.1 below; and g. Senior Project Personnel. Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxx, Assistant Director of Operations, with the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Institute for Surveying and Science (CBI), is the Principal Investigator (PI) for this project. Xx. Xxxxx began working with data collection systems and associated electronics in 1992. Xx. Xxxxx has worked with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services (CO-OPS) for more than twenty-five (25) years and understands the requirements, policies, procedures, and instrumentation utilized in NOAA’s Physical Oceanographic Real-Time Systems (PORTS®). Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Field Operations Supervisor, will serve as the Technical Representative (TR) and has been with CBI for twelve (12) years performing installation, service, maintenance, and repairs on remote data collection systems. His knowledge and expertise of PORTS® projects is outstanding, and he is essential to CBI field operations. Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Project Coordinator (PC), will assist the PI and TR in coordinating activities required during all aspects of CCPORTS®. The PC will maintain communications between parties as well as documentation to include Resource Estimates (RE) and monthly reports. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Pollack, Chair of Coastal Conservation and Restoration at the Xxxxx Research Institute and Associate Professor of Marine Biology in the College of Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, is the Principal Investigator (PI) for this project. Xx. Xxxxxxx’x work has been in healthy habitats including examining the response of organisms to changing environmental conditions. Her research has a strong field-based component and is support by laboratory analyses and statistical approaches. She has developed tools, including benefit-cost analyses and restoration suitability indices, to support natural resource management decision-making. Field sampling will begin in fall 2019. Sampling will be conducted using diver-quadrats from a boat. Regularly-spaced quadrat samples will be collected at a distance of 200 m spacing adjacent to suspected oyster reef at Indian Point, and 500 m spacing elsewhere, resulting in 44 oyster/sediment samples. At each sample location, divers will place a 0.5 m2 quadrat on the bay bottom and collect all surficial bottom material within, including live oysters. Samples will be placed into bags or baskets brought to the surface where they will be quantified for live oyster density and size frequency distribution of live

  • Project Personnel It is understood and agreed that the Project Director identified at Item 3, Page One of this Agreement shall be responsible for the overall supervision and conduct of the Work on behalf of the Contractor and that the persons described in the Statement of Work shall serve in the capacities described therein. Any change of Project Director by the Contractor shall be subject to the prior written approval of NYSERDA. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and, in the event that notice of approval or disapproval is not received by the Contractor within thirty (30) days after receipt of request for approval by NYSERDA, the requested change in Project Director shall be considered approved. In the event that NYSERDA requires additional time for considering approval, NYSERDA shall notify the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request for approval that additional time is required and shall specify the additional amount of time necessary up to thirty (30) days.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration).
