Service Enhancements. Most enhancements do not require action on the part of Xxxxxx. Upgrades as agreed are done at the Invoice Cloud server level, so there are no mandatory actions for Xxxxxx to take. Support levels are not affected by enhancements.
Service Enhancements. You can access aspects of the Service, including, but not limited to, an Imaging Lockbox Service through our Online Banking for Business website. Our Lockbox Imaging Service allows you to view through our OLBB Website images of Lockbox Documents received in the Lockbox. We also offer a variety of other Services features including our Mark Sense technology which detects markings on OCR documents for address changes or other data. Please consult your BMO Xxxxxx Bank N.A. representative for additional information if you wish to use our Lockbox Imaging, Mark Sense option, exception handling tools or other available enhancements.
Service Enhancements. Throughout this Service Level Agreement RPost may describe capabilities only available to users that are on select service plans or may elect for service enhancements. RPost reserves the right to require fee-based service enhancement packages or premium service plans for access to certain services, settings, or parameters described in this Service Level Agreement. Not all customers may have access to all of the services described in this Service Level Agreement or in other service plan or service description materials, service parameters, service levels or enhancements but may inquire how to obtain access should they so desire.
Service Enhancements. The Bank hereby commits that it will use commercially reasonable efforts to continue to develop and provide to the Trust service enhancements that will enable the Trust to maintain the Trust's market leader position in product innovation, information technology, and service delivery (collectively, "Market Efforts"). The Bank agrees that its Market Efforts will be and will continue to be during the Initial Term and any Renewal Term no less favorable than those being offered at that time by the Bank to any other customer purchasing services of a type substantially similar to the services provided hereunder relating to funds in aggregate substantially similar in scope (even if smaller in asset size) to the Portfolios. The Bank shall, upon written request, review and have an officer of the Bank certify its compliance with this Section 25 to the Trust. If the Bank at any time offers other customers or brokers processes, discounts and/or other cost reduction methods or improved services more favorable than those provided to the Trust pursuant to this Agreement such that the foregoing terms of this Section 25 become untrue, the Bank shall promptly offer these to the Trust prospectively from the date such more favorable terms were offered to other customers or brokers, unless the Bank is prevented from doing so in a reasonable manner due to third party patent related restrictions. The Bank acknowledges that the requirements of this Section 25 are a material provision of this Agreement.
Service Enhancements. Any new features or tools added to the current service offerings shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. This includes all updates or enhancements to existing services and features provided under user accounts.
Service Enhancements. Enhancements made to the Service by means of new or updated code deployed to the Service, including error correction, software modifications, and new versions to the extent and at a frequency Forsta at its reasonable discretion deems necessary.
Service Enhancements. Genuity will provide Xxxx Atlantic with forty five -------------------- (45) days advance written notice of any significant services enhancements; provided, however, that if time-to-market considerations make forty five (45) advance written notice impractical, Genuity will provide such lesser notice as is practicable. For purposes of this section, "Significant Enhancements" mean updates to the available Services that entail an amendment or expansion of the existing Service Description for that Service, but do not constitute a New Release. In the event there are any impacts to pricing, order entrance criteria, test and turn up processes, rejection policies, and relevant language, scripting, or training for Xxxx Atlantic's first level customer support, and billing start policy, Genuity agrees to provide all relative documentation to the Service enhancement within thirty (30) days.
Service Enhancements. Our Recon Management Service allows you to retrieve Presentment Data Reports and Check Images and to communicate Exception Instructions to us. Our Payee Positive Pay Service provides additional fraud protection by allowing you to also include the payee on a Check as part of the Check Issue Data that will be compared against Presentment Data to determine whether a Check is a Matching Check or an Exception Check. If you wish to use our Recon Management Service or our Payee Positive Pay Service, please contact your relationship manager for information about signing up for this service.
Service Enhancements. 3.3.1. During the Term of this Agreement and to the extent Forsta deems it necessary Forsta will enhance the Service by upgrading the Software or the equipment supporting the Service. Software upgrades will ensure backwards compatibility unless Client’s Designated Users have been notified otherwise via e-mail or Forsta newsletter no less than ninety (90) days in advance.
Service Enhancements. The service provider will make every effort to enhance continually the service provided to the customer to ensure that changing statutory requirements and national policy guidance are met.
