Short Term Rentals. 14.1 The League is permitted to grant one-time, short term booking rentals of Thirty (30) days or less to Renters without obtaining written permission from the City, provided that the short term booking rentals are for the purposes of Recreation and consistent with, and subject to, the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Short Term Rentals. No Lot may be leased on a nightly or monthly basis, or for transient or hotel purposes including home exchange, swap or via Airbnb, VRBO or their functional equivalent. Short Term Rentals. Short-term rentals of single-family or two-family dwelling units as defined in GHCC 17.08.010 shall be allowed within the PUD without meeting the permitting requirements of GHCC 17.60.020 provided that such short-term rentals are centrally marketed and managed by Seabrook Hospitality or an equivalent single property management company, which shall also adopt and enforce operational standards for short- term rental properties addressing, at a minimum, health/safety requirements, occupancy limits, parking, quiet times, pet management, and security. Short Term Rentals. 1. Standard lease agreements for rental units at the Development shall be for one year, provided, however, that leases may range from 6-15 months.
Short Term Rentals. Residents are prohibited from offering all or part of the Premises for short-term rental, such as through Airbnb, VRBO or other such sites. Offering the Premises for short-term rental includes (i) advertising and (ii) any and all other activities involved in locating short-term renters and or disseminating information regarding the possible availability of the Premises for rental by short-term or transient occupants on sites such as Expedia, Priceline, xxxxxx.xxx, xxxxxxx.xxx, Airbnb or other similar locator websites, or web-based, electronic media, or private websites for individuals or companies. Allowing any person who is not an approved resident to occupy any portion of the Premises for any period of time whatsoever, for any compensation or consideration whatsoever (including, without limitation, the payment of money and/or trade and/or barter of other goods, services, or property occupancy rights) shall constitute an attempted subletting or assignment under this Agreement, and Landlord shall be entitled to declare the Lease in default and exercise any other remedies available to Landlord under the Lease, at law or in equity, including terminating Resident’s right of occupancy.
