Short Term Rentals. Short-term rentals by Tenant to third parties:
Short Term Rentals. In the event a short term lease in entered into (less than 6 months) furnished or unfurnished, the management fee/commission will be 15% of the rents collected. If the TENANT(s) remain for any additional terms or time periods after the initial term, the management fee/commission shall be the same as aforementioned on any rents collected.
Short Term Rentals. No Lot may be leased on a nightly or monthly basis, or for transient or hotel purposes including home exchange, swap or via Airbnb, VRBO or their functional equivalent. Not less than the entire Lot may be leased. If a lease is voluntarily terminated within 180 days of commencement, the Lot may not be leased for 180 days after the date of termination.
Short Term Rentals. Should the Purchaser not wish to occupy the unit himself save on an irregular basis and wish to rent the unit out on short-term basis and/or to provide temporary accommodation for consideration, the Purchaser shall be obliged to appoint the agency appointed by the Body Corporate from time to time to manage and co-ordinate short-term rentals and/or temporary accommodation for consideration in the scheme until such time that a Hotel Operator is appointed by the developer, whereafter the Purchaser will be obliged to enter into a Rental Pool Agreement with the Hotel Operator in respect of the unit and to furnish the interior of the unit to a specification and Operator Standard set by the Hotel Operator from time to time.
Short Term Rentals. The League is permitted to grant one-time, short term booking rentals of Thirty (30) days or less to Renters without obtaining written permission from the City, provided that the short term booking rentals are for the purposes of Recreation and consistent with, and subject to, the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Short Term Rentals. Units rented in periods of less than one month.
Short Term Rentals. 1. Standard lease agreements for rental units at the Development shall be for one year, provided, however, that leases may range from 6-15 months.
2. Owner shall provide restrictions prohibiting short-term rental activities in the lease agreements for rental units at the Development.
3. Owner will list the Property on the City of Chicago's Shared Housing Prohibited Building List prior to occupancy of the building.
Short Term Rentals. 7.1. The Bidder shall on an ad hoc basis, lease to the RAF any vehicle ordered by the RAF for use over short terms. The period for rental may vary.
7.2. The Bidder shall provide written quotations for short term rentals within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the request date.
7.3. The Bidder shall deliver the short term rental to the location identified by the RAF within 48 (forty-eight) hours upon RAF accepting the quote.
7.4. Pricing will be based on the term of the rental with unlimited kilometers to be included in the price.
7.5. The Bidder shall guarantee that each vehicle leased on a short term rental is available for 100% of the short term leased period.
7.6. Vehicles rented on an ad hoc basis must also have a tracking device.
7.7. The RAF will provide the Bidder with notice to extend short term leases.
Short Term Rentals. A. The Owners agree that the Property Manager shall make the Property available for short term rentals via the Short Term Rental Sites during periods the Property is not being used by an Owner
B. Short Term Rentals shall be restricted to a rolling 90 day window, to ensure availability of the Property to Owners C. Owners agree to only use the internal booking system for their stays (not the external booking sites such as Airbnb, VRBO)
