Access to Meeting Rooms. Conference rooms or other suitable public meeting space will be available for Union membership meetings, insofar as the availability of such space does not hinder normal operations of the Hospital. Scheduling meeting rooms will occur through the normal facility scheduling process.

The Board shall allow the Association to use meeting rooms for the conducting of Association business as long as such use is not otherwise required for other College activities. Such use shall not be pursuant to this paragraph but shall be pursuant to other appropriate Board policies if more than twenty-five percent of those attending shall be non-College employees or their spouses.

Union meetings on PPNNE facilities are limited to PPNNE bargaining unit employees and Union representatives. With prior permission, the Union may use the PPNNE facility in Portland for reasons not directly related to the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx bargaining unit.
