Specified Wage Adjustments. Upon approval of any specified wage adjustments described herein, such assignments and/or related compensation shall only become effective on the first day of represented employeeswork period and end on the last day of represented employees’ work period.

Specified Wage Adjustments. A. Appointment to a Position in a Class with a Higher Rate of Pay Employees appointed to a position of higher salary range than previously held as a result of promotion, position reclassification, or temporary assignment to work out of class, shall be paid at the nearest higher salary in the new range which will provide at least a five percent (5%) increase, except that no increase shall exceed the “E” step of the new range. Salary increases pursuant to this Section shall be effective on the date of appointment, and in the case of promotion or reclassification, a new anniversary date shall be established.

  • Wage Adjustment Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement on the contrary, the wages of employees shall be reduced by the amount of employee contributions made by the employer pursuant to the provisions hereof.

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Market Adjustments 22. Neither this Article nor any other in this Collective Agreement prevents the Employer from using other funds to increase a Member’s salary in response to offers received from other employers or to accommodate other market forces.

  • Price Adjustments 17.1 Prices for Goods/Services supplied in terms of this Agreement shall be subject to review as indicated in the Schedule of Requirements/Works Order annexed hereto.
