Statutory Entitlements. In addition to the normal statutory entitlements paid upon termination, long service leave will also be paid at a pro rata rate after 5 years or more of continuous service.

Statutory Entitlements. The amounts payable to the Executive pursuant to this Section 5 upon the termination of his employment shall be reduced by the amount of any payments which the Company or the Development Company is obligated to make to the Executive by reason of such termination pursuant to applicable employment standards legislation.

(b) Each Player acknowledges that the Payment in accordance with this Agreement is paid in satisfaction of all statutory entitlements including salary and payment of leave entitlements taken during the Term.

(i) they will be required to take the leave as set out in this Agreement and that the Payment and other aspects of this Agreement have been determined on this basis; and
(ii) the leave to which the Players are entitled under this Agreement is inclusive of:
(A) annual leave;
(B) sick and carer’s leave; and
(C) public holidays.
(d) Clubs shall maintain proper leave records for all Players. A Player and the AFLPA shall be entitled on reasonable notice to respectively inspect that Player’s leave records with the Club.
Statutory Entitlements. Each rate built with the equivalent of 12 Statutory Holidays per year x 10 hours pay per day x the effective wage rate of the General applicable wage rate.
