Statutory Entitlements. In addition to the normal statutory entitlements paid upon termination, long service leave will also be paid at a pro rata rate after 5 years or more of continuous service.
Statutory Entitlements. English and maths, up to and including Level 2, for individuals aged 19 and over, who have not previously attained a GCSE grade A* - C or grade 4, or higher, and/or • First full qualification at Level 2 for individuals aged 19 to 23, and/or • First full qualification at Level 3 for individuals aged 19 to 23. • Information technology (‘digital’) skills, up to and including Level 1, for individuals aged 19+, who have digital skills assessed at below Level 1.
Statutory Entitlements. An em- ployee under this subpart whose sus- pension is proposed under this subpart is entitled to the procedures provided in 5 U.S.C. 7503(b).
Statutory Entitlements. Casual employees are entitled to statutory holiday entitlement and any applicable leave in accordance with the Canada Labour Code.
Statutory Entitlements. (a) Players will receive leave entitlements in accordance with the National Employment Standards under the Fair Work Xxx 0000 (Cth).
(b) Each Player acknowledges that the Payment in accordance with this Agreement is paid in satisfaction of all statutory entitlements including salary and payment of leave entitlements taken during the Term.
(c) Each Player further acknowledges and agrees that:
(i) they will be required to take the leave as set out in this Agreement and that the Payment and other aspects of this Agreement have been determined on this basis; and
(ii) the leave to which the Players are entitled under this Agreement is inclusive of:
(A) annual leave;
(B) sick and carer’s leave; and
(C) public holidays.
(d) Clubs shall maintain proper leave records for all Players. A Player and the AFLPA shall be entitled on reasonable notice to respectively inspect that Player’s leave records with the Club.

Statutory Entitlements. A standard 38-hour week will be used for the calculation for all statutory entitlements.
Statutory Entitlements. Each rate built with the equivalent of 12 Statutory Holidays per year x 10 hours pay per day x the effective wage rate of the General applicable wage rate.
Statutory Entitlements. If an Employee is made redundant, that Employee shall be paid all their statutory entitlements accrued, annual leave and long service leave, providing that pro-rata long service leave shall only be paid to an Employee with more than five (5) years continuous service.
Statutory Entitlements. Nothing in this Agreement implies that an employee on moving to another agreement loses any accrued statutory entitlements such as Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Long Service, Parental Leave, WorkCover, Superannuation etc. Any changes to this agreement resulting from statutory change forms part of the agreement but will have no retrospective operative date.
17.1 It is the intention of the parties to this agreement to achieve the considerations in section 222 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 through respecting and valuing the diversity of the work force by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination on the basis of race, colour, sex, sexual preference, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, family responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin.
17.2 Accordingly, in fulfilling their obligations under the dispute avoidance and settling clause, the parties must make every endeavour to ensure that neither the agreement provisions nor their operation are directly or indirectly discriminatory in their effects.
17.3 Nothing in this clause is taken to affect:
17.3.1 any different treatment (or treatment having different effects) which is specifically exempted under the Commonwealth anti-discrimination legislation;
17.3.2 junior rates of pay;
17.3.3 the employee or the Employer pursuing matters of discrimination in any State or Federal jurisdiction, including by application to the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission;
