SUMMER RECESS. Notice of posting is to be sent via email to the bargaining unit members. The posting will include job title and building (where appropriate). Openings that occur within 14 calendar days prior to the first teacher work day in any given contract year are not subject to normal posting procedure. The Association President will be given a written notification of each resignation received by the Board for the summer months.
SUMMER RECESS. In the event that a grievance is filed on or after June 1, the parties agree to make a good faith effort to reduce the time limits set forth herein so that the grievance procedure may be exhausted prior to the end of the school term or as soon thereafter as is practicable. SUMMER RECESS. An employee interested in applying for a position that is posted from June 15 to August 15 may file a written request to the Director of Human Resources to be notified of such vacancies by email. The District will send notifications of postings by email to employees who have expressed such an interest. Postings during the summer period, June 15 to August 15, will be for fifteen (15) calendar days to allow proper communication of vacancies.
