Summer Recess. Notice of posting is to be sent via email to the bargaining unit members. The posting will include job title and building (where appropriate). Openings that occur within 14 calendar days prior to the first teacher work day in any given contract year are not subject to normal posting procedure. The Association President will be given a written notification of each resignation received by the Board for the summer months.

Summer Recess. An employee interested in applying for a position that is posted from June 15 to August 15 may file a written request to the Director of Human Resources to be notified of such vacancies by email. The District will send notifications of postings by email to employees who have expressed such an interest. Postings during the summer period, June 15 to August 15, will be for fifteen (15) calendar days to allow proper communication of vacancies.   • Disaster Recovery PFPC shall enter into and shall maintain in effect with appropriate parties one or more agreements making reasonable provisions for emergency use of electronic data processing equipment to the extent appropriate equipment is available.
