Notice of Posting. The District shall notify the CTC President and/or designee via daily email of each CTC bargaining unit job vacancy posting. The notification shall include the position, school, date available, and date of the posting.

Notice of Posting. Institutions are encouraged to use the Registry for the posting of all available positions. Institutions will post on the Registry all faculty employment opportunities of half-time or more and longer than three months in duration that are available to applicants beyond those employed by the institution by completing the agreed form in Appendix will be removed from the Registry one week after the closing by the institution that entered the posting. Applying for Vacancies It is the responsibility of employees listed on the Registry to inquire and apply for available positions. Employees applying for a posted position in the manner prescribed by the posting institution must tell the institution at the time of application that is a registrant on the Registry. Available Work A registrant who accepts an offer of available work shall be entitled to a reasonable amount of orientation and/or training. Registrants who are eligible for health and welfare benefits at the hiring institution shall have the waiting waived subject to carrier provisions. All registrants who accept an offer of available work will have their seniority recognized at the new institution for all purposes other than severance accrual and subsequent layoffs. Notice of Posting. Prior to any staff changes or promotion being made to a position covered by the terms of this Agreement, the Corporation shall notify the Union, in writing, stating the staff change or promotion intended for that position. In addition, the Corporation shall notify the Union, in writing, of the creation of, or proposed creation of, any position which will be covered by the terms of this Agreement. A notice of the position(s) shall be posted by the Corporation within five (5) working days of a position becoming vacant if said position is to be filled. If a position is not to be filled, the Corporation shall so advise the Union within five (5) working days of the position becoming vacant.   • Notice of Potential Claims The Contractor shall not be entitled to additional compensation or to extension of time for (1) any act or failure to act by the County Project Manager or the County, or (2) the happening of any event or occurrence, unless the Contractor has given the County a written Notice of Potential Claim within ten (10) days of the commencement of the act, failure, or event giving rise to the claim, and before final payment by the County.
