Supervisory Premium. An employee who is designated by the Employer to serve as a supervisor in the Front-end department receives a premium of fifty (50¢) cents per hour for each hour they perform this work Where applicable, this employee has priority for the work hours in the Service Department for the entire period as scheduled by their Manager during which they perform supervisory work, regardless of the seniority of the employees concerned.
Supervisory Premium. From time to time or on an as needed basis, a premium of one ($1.00) dollar per hour, for each hour worked, in addition to their hourly rate, shall be paid to an employee who is assigned at the Employer’s discretion, to perform additional duties of a supervisory function. At no time will said employee be required to discipline any bargaining unit employees.

Supervisory Premium. Where the Employer temporarily assigns an employee to carry out the assigned responsibilities a supervisor for a period in excess of one-half of one shift, the employee shall receive an allowance of per shift the the assignment. An employee called to work of the starting time of the shift who arrives within one hour of the call, shall be paid for the full provided that she completes the shift for which she is called. Employees required by the Employer to by on call shall receive a stand-by allowance of two ($2.00) dollars per hour.

Where the Hospital temporarily assigns an employee to carry out the assigned responsibilities of a supervisory classification outside the Bargaining Unit, for a period in excess of one half of one shift, the employee shall be paid ten per cent in excess of his current wage rate for all hours so worked in such supervisory position not to exceed the current rate of the supervisor being relieved.
Supervisory Premium. During any period that an employee replaces a salaried xxxxxxx or supervisor at the request of the Company, shall receive thirty cents (30¢) above the highest rate they are supervising. 1209 HEIGHT PAY All work performed at a height of twelve (12) meters or more above the permanent floor on scaffolding, staging or ladders will be paid at the rate of time and one half the applicable rate for each hour worked.
