Change in Hours. A change in the hours of the Community Policing Plan work schedule from 8, 10, or 11.5 hours will be noticed by the City no less than six months in advance of the implementation after the ratification of this agreement and no less than one year in advance of the implementation date thereafter. The City will negotiate the impact of any such changes with the IUPA.

Change in Hours. 1) An Employee may notify the Employer of his/her desire to change shift lengths or number of days per week. Written notification shall be dated and signed by the Employee, shall clearly explain the days and/or hours changed, and whether the change is temporary or permanent. This notification shall be submitted to the Employee's Manager, with a copy given to the Xxxxxxx. The Employee's Manager and Xxxxxxx will compile and post the list and update it as new requests are submitted.
Change in Hours. Employees may apply to the Employer and/or the Employer may request an employee to vary his/her hours on a permanent basis. The employee and Employer may agree to do so in which case any such agreement shall be subject to the following:
Change in Hours. Section 1. Base Assignment for Work Year - Employee base assignments for the Shoreline food service operation will be made by August 1st of each year. However, it is understood that assignments may change subsequent to August 1st based on operational needs. The base assignment shall state the employee's classification, location, and number of hours per week. In the event a reduction in hours greater than fifteen (15) minutes from the previous year's base assignment is necessitated, the procedure as provided in Article 18 will be followed.

Change in Hours. Daily and weekly work schedules may be changed by the Department Head from time to time to meet the Department's requirements. Employees shall be given fourteen (14) calendar days notice, both orally and in writing, of any change in work schedules except in cases of emergency. Employees shall be required to work the hours scheduled by the Department Head, including all hours scheduled during any emergency or emergency situation. The existence of emergencies and emergency situations shall be determined by the Department Head. Work schedules may not be changed for the purpose of avoiding overtime unless the employee has been provided fourteen (14) work days notice. The hours of full-time or part-time employees will not be reduced for the sole purpose of eliminating full-time or part-time benefits. This provision shall not affect the order or procedures for reduction of staff.
Change in Hours. Employees whose work schedule deviates from the above stated hours must have those hours approved by the building principal and Human Resources Department annually. The Assistant Superintendent of Education Services (Director of Special Education) must approve hours for special education paraeducators. The principal shall have discretion to approve additional hours for special circumstances.
