Temporary Promotion, Transfer, or Demotion. An employee granted a temporary promotion, transfer or demotion shall return to their former job and pay rate without loss of seniority and accrued perquisites when the temporary promotion, transfer or demotion terminates.

Temporary Promotion, Transfer, or Demotion. An employee granted a temporary promotion, transfer or demotion shall return to former job and pay rate without loss of seniority and perquisites when the temporary promotion, transfer or demotion terminates. A regular employee promoted to a job with a higher wage rate structureshall receive, in the new job, the increment rate that is immediately higher than her wage rate immediately prior to the promotion. For increment progression, the employee’s increment anniversary date shall then the initial day in the new job. Employee pay rates shall become effective from the first day in the new job and increment increases shall become effectiveon the established increment date. However, should the promotion at any time result xxx xxxxxx rate of pay than the employee would have received if the promotion had not occurred, then the employee shall retain the increment anniversarydate of priorjob.

  • Temporary Promotion or Transfer An employee granted a temporary promotion, transfer or demotion shall return to his/her former job and pay rate without loss of seniority and accrued perquisites when the temporary promotion, transfer or demotion terminates.

  • Temporary Promotion A. A regular, probationary or limited-term employee who is assigned on a temporary basis to a higher level vacant regular or limited-term position shall be promoted on a temporary basis to that class when such employee has been assigned to the higher class for one hundred twenty (120) consecutive regularly scheduled hours of work and the employee has been performing all of the significant duties and responsibilities of the higher class, unless the employee requests to be reassigned to his or her former class. At any time before the temporary promotion is made, such employee may request to be reassigned to his or her former class. In such a case, the employee shall be reassigned within five (5) working days.

  • Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Collocation Transfer of Responsibility is the transfer of a Collocation site from vacating CLEC (current CLEC leasing the space in the Premises) to an assuming CLEC. Collocation Transfer of Responsibility is available for Caged Physical Collocation, Cageless Physical Collocation, and Virtual Collocation. All other types of Collocation to be transferred will be handled on an Individual Case Basis (ICB). There are two (2) types of Collocation Transfer of Responsibility: 1)

  • Transfer or Deletion of Student Data The Provider shall review, on an annual basis, whether the Student Data it has received pursuant to the DPA continues to be needed for the purpose(s) of the Service Agreement and this DPA. If any of the Student Data is no longer needed for purposes of the Service Agreement and this DPA, the Provider will provide written notice to the LEA as to what Student Data is no longer needed. The Provider will delete or transfer Student Data in readable form to the LEA, as directed by the LEA (which may be effectuated through Exhibit D of the DPA), within 30 calendar days if the LEA requests deletion or transfer of the Student Data and shall provide written confirmation to the LEA of such deletion or transfer. Upon termination of the Service Agreement between the Provider and LEA, Provider shall conduct a final review of Student Data within 60 calendar days. If the LEA receives a request from a parent, as that term is defined in 105 ILCS 10/2(g), that Student Data being held by the Provider be deleted, the LEA shall determine whether the requested deletion would violate State and/or federal records laws. In the event such deletion would not violate State or federal records laws, the LEA shall forward the request for deletion to the Provider. The Provider shall comply with the request and delete the Student Data within a reasonable time period after receiving the request. Any provision of Student Data to the LEA from the Provider shall be transmitted in a format readable by the LEA.

  • Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Without Working Circuits The Collocation is not serving any End User Customers and does not have active service terminations (e.g., Interconnection trunks or UNE Loops) or 2) Collocation Transfer of Responsibility With Working Circuits – The Collocation has active service terminations, such as Interconnection trunks or is serving End User Customers.

  • JOB POSTING, PROMOTION AND TRANSFER 13.01 Where a vacancy exists, or where the Hospital creates a new position in the bargaining unit, such vacancy shall be posted for a period of seven (7) calendar days. Applications for such vacancies shall be made in writing within the seven (7) day period referenced herein. Notwithstanding the above, the Hospital may fill at its own discretion vacancies caused by:
