Tools & Equipment. 19.01 The Employer shall supply the employees with whatever tools are necessary to perform the job function assigned. The Employer shall supply Construction Safety Association (CSA) approved rubber boots and rainwear to all employees who are required to work during inclement weather and under abnormal conditions. The Union recognizes the right of the Employer to economically supervise the distribution of clothing provided and will co-operate with the Employer to prevent wasteful practices.
19.02 All employees must supply their own CSA Green Tag Safety Boots. Tools required during training and which wall workers shall have are:
(a) 1 Club Hammer
Tools & Equipment. 9.1.1 The District shall provide all tools, equipment, and supplies that it determines are necessary to employees for the performance of their duties. Should the duties of an employee require use of equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the Employer shall provide such gear or equipment.
Tools & Equipment. The Employer agrees to provide and maintain tools and equipment consistent with current practice. Employees are responsible for reporting any unsafe condition and for properly using and caring for any tools and equipment furnished by the Employer.
Tools & Equipment. 30.01 The Board will provide a monthly allowance of $20.00 per mechanic and $20.00 per maintenance person for upkeep, repair, and replacement of his/her personal hand tools needed to perform their job. It is also the employee's responsibility to provide insurance to cover theft or damage of the tools. Fifty percent of this allowance should be applied for payment on December 15 and again on June 15.
30.02 The school will purchase, as financially feasible, all tools and equipment for custodial, maintenance and mechanic personnel until all items are owned by the school.
Tools & Equipment. Section 1. Cement Masons agree to furnish their own small hand tools, such as float and trowel and the contractor agrees to furnish large tools and any special edgers required, also, rubbing stone with handles, brushes, broom, mixing buckets, darbys, and rubber floats.
Section 2. The regulation and size of the hand finishing trowel should be a matter of local autonomy, which is no larger than 18".
Section 3. Respirators shall be furnished to all Cement Masons while grinding and proper provisions must be made to have same sterilized before used or issued out to Cement Masons again.
Section 4. The contractor agrees to furnish all two (2) pound hammers and xxxxxx hammers for the setting of forms; all long handle tools coming under Cement Masons jurisdiction and all string lines.
Section 5. Hard hats shall be worn on all jobs within the jurisdiction of this Agreement.
Tools & Equipment. The Employer shall supply the maintenance employees with tools and equipment it deems necessary to the employees to perform their work. Replacement of tools worn, broken or lost will be at the discretion of the Home.
Tools & Equipment. 16:01 If power tools and their accessories are required, they shall be supplied by the Employer and operated by a Cement Xxxxx/Plasterer or a Cement Xxxxx/Plasterer Apprentice.
16:02 The tools of a Cement Xxxxx/Plasterer or Apprentice starting on a job shall be in good conditions and must be kept so. This may be done during working hours.
16:03 The Cement Xxxxx agrees to supply as a minimum the following list of tools: Brush Chisel
Tools & Equipment. The Municipality will provide such tools and equipment as are necessary to carry out the work of the Municipality. Employees will use such equipment with reasonable care.
Tools & Equipment. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties, Supplier shall provide the equipment, tools, technology, and labor necessary to provide the Services in accordance with the applicable Statement of Work. SPANSION shall provide Supplier with Specifications and/or technology, equipment and/or tools if agreed by the parties in the applicable Statement of Work.
Tools & Equipment. 15.01 a) A listing of hand tools shall be posted setting out the personal tools employees will be expected to acquire dependent upon their level of apprenticeship. The list is as per Appendix C.
