Tradespersons. Base Trade: Entry level for Tradespersons such as but not limited to Boilermakers, Fitters, Machinists, First Class Welders etc. Employees may work both in the workshop and on site. Trade: Employees at this Level will be Tradesperson Employees and may work both in the workshop and on site. Employees at this Level will be deemed to have the skills, performance and experience expected by the company for this Level. An apprentice that has completed their apprenticeship with the Company will, on completion of their trade, commence at this level. Advanced Trade: To be classified to this Level, a Trade Employee will have consistently demonstrated superior performance through work attitude, maintenance of Company values, behaviours, skills and work output that the Employee’s Manager has determined are of superior value to the Company’s business and that is also valued by the Company’s customers. An Employee at this Level may coordinate the work of other Employees. An Employee may be reclassified back to Trade Level where the Employee’s work attitude, maintenance of Company values, behaviours, skills or work output have failed to continue. Reclassification from this Level requires the Business Manager’s approval. An Employee that is to be reclassified will be given at least 4 weeks notice of the reclassification. APPENDIX B - HOURS - SPECIAL PROJECTS/FLEXIBILITY The nature of Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx’x business means that many of its activities are undertaken at locations or in situations that require flexibility around working conditions. The Parties agree that, in such situations, they will consult with each other, across the affected group at a given work site, to vary the standard basis for working ordinary hours. Such variations may incorporate, but not be limited to: • Working ordinary hours over a shorter working week; e.g. 4 x 10-hour shifts. • Arrangements for shift patterns and rosters. • Including weekends as ordinary time and substituting weekdays as weekend time off; e.g. 10 on, 4 off (appropriate penalties for weekends such as time and a half for ordinary hours on Saturdays and double time on Sundays would be considered in such arrangements). • Changing the span of hours during which ordinary hours may be worked.   • Customers The names of your customers will remain your sole property and will not be used by us except for servicing or informational mailings and other correspondence in the normal course of business.

  • Distributors In addition to direct sales to Clients, Supplier grants Accenture: (i) the right to resell Products and Services to a third-party distributor (“Distributor”) for resale to Client or to a financing company for leasing to Client.

  • Sub-contractors Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence.   • Persons reference to any Person includes such Person's successors and assigns but, if applicable, only if such successors and assigns are permitted by this Agreement or such other Loan Document, as the case may be, and reference to a Person in a particular capacity excludes such Person in any other capacity;

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
