Trainer function as a trainer during the morning of the first day of the rater scoring session to provide presentations to raters on scoring procedures prescribed by DHHS and function as a team leader beginning with the afternoon of the first day of the rater scoring session and subsequent days of the session;
Trainer. The Medical Center shall ensure that employees providing on-the-job orientation and training to new employees have completed appropriate competencies demonstrating he/she has the necessary skills and experience to provide such training.

Trainer. The Trainer shall be afforded all the rights and protections of the contract with the exception of the following Articles and clauses:
Trainer. If a school district provides an athletic trainer, the services of the trainer shall be available to members of female and male teams on an equal basis with allowances made for the character of the athletic activity and the health needs of the athletes.
Trainer. At a minimum, the Contractor shall provide staff, with the appropriate experience and qualifications, for the following State-identified Key Personnel:

An employee certified as a Communications Training Officer (CTO), Classroom Instructor or Classroom Facilitator will receive premium pay at the rate of $1.60 per hour for time spent training one or more Operations employees. An employee certified as a Senior Trainer, Senior Instructor, or Senior Facilitator will receive premium pay at the rate of $1.80 per hour for time spent training one or more Operations employees. Provided,
1. Pre-approval is obtained from the Director prior to each separate and specific incident or work project, and
2. In order to qualify for this premium for floor training, the trainer must bea Primary Call Receiver or Emergency Telecommunicator and must be connected to, or actively monitoring, the trainee’s console during the majority of the training time, and
3. In order to qualify for this premium for classroom training, the instructor/facilitator must be a Primary Call Receiver, Emergency Telecommunicator, Assistant Supervisor, or Shift Supervisor, and
4. Trainer/Instructor certification may be granted or revoked at the discretion of the Director. The certification process and requirements for Senior Trainer, Senior Instructor, and Senior Facilitator will be developed by a workgroup consisting of representatives of CENCOM management and the Guild. The workgroup shall meet as soon as practicable following ratification of this Agreement, and upon mutual agreement by bothparties. CENCOM shall implement the new process and requirements as agreedupon.
Trainer. It is a normal function of an employee to orientate new employees on his job. However, in certain areas during periods of increasing crews or high turnover, a trainer may be appointed for training or upgrading of job skills. An employee designated as a trainer shall be paid twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour above his normal classification rate while on a training assignment. This rate will not be compounded with the lead hand rate.
