Training for Managers. Within ninety (90) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement and annually thereafter, KinderCare shall develop a live or virtual classroom training program ("ADA Managers Training") that shall be provided to management personnel with the title of District Leader, Regional Manager, Area Manager or Center Director. The ADA Managers Training shall be initiated within one hundred twenty (120) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement and completed no later than one hundred and eighty (180) days after the Effective Date. The ADA Manager Training shall address: The requirements of title III of the ADA; The existence and general content of this Agreement; KinderCare's nondiscrimination obligations under the ADA, including the obligations outlined in this Agreement; Diabetes and topics related to aspects of caring for a child with insulin dependent diabetes including general information on the methods available for administering insulin. The ADA Manager Training shall be conducted by an individual or individuals with substantive knowledge of the ADA, and of diabetes. The ADA Managers Training shall be conducted live, via webinar, or via other interactive technology, and include a question and answer session, and instructions on how to contact the KinderCare Inclusion Services hotline, which will be staffed for any questions, prior to the conclusion of the ADA Managers Training. For persons who must receive ADA Managers Training pursuant to this Agreement, but who did not receive training on a designated training date required under this Agreement (for instance, because they were on leave from KinderCare or because they began their affiliation with KinderCare subsequent to the training date), KinderCare shall provide the ADA Manager Training to such persons within ninety (90) days after the individual's return or commencement of service to KinderCare; KinderCare shall send, via electronic mail, to the United States the proposed curriculum for the ADA Managers Training, as well as the trainer(s)' name(s), qualifications (including resume(s)), and contact information, no later than ninety (90) calendar days after the Effective Date of this Agreement. KinderCare shall consider in good faith and adopt any reasonable changes to the curriculum provided by the United States.   • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES The Contractor shall be responsible for the professional and technical competence of its employees and will select, for work under this Contract, reliable individuals who will perform effectively in the implementation of this Contract, respect the local customs, and conform to a high standard of moral and ethical conduct.

  • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses.   • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.
