Safety Award a) Group: if at the completion of a calendar quarter, beginning the first complete calendar quarter after the commencement of this Agreement, no lost time accident involving the Employer’s workforce has occurred, all employees will receive a safety award, as defined in Schedule “A”, for all hours worked, payable forty-five (45) days following the completion of the complete calendar quarter.
b) Individual: an individual safety award as defined in Schedule “A”, will be paid to the employees who have no lost time accidents or medical aids at the completion of a calendar quarter, beginning the first complete calendar quarter after the commencement of this Agreement. This award will be paid for all hours worked, payable forty-five (45) days following the completion of the complete calendar quarter.
c) Employees who are terminated for just cause or who quit prior to the completion of the time frames noted above are not eligible to receive any safety award payments.
Safety Award. In accordance with Article 19.11, the individual safety award will be calculated as follows: • $0.25 x all hours worked. The group safety award will be calculated as follows: • $0.25 x all hours worked. Should an employee qualify for both awards in a given quarter, the awards shall be pyramided.
Safety Award a. $ 1.00 for each run (am, pm, midday, sports, and field trips) not to exceed $300.00 per driver per school year.
b. A “run” shall be understood to mean any time students are transported from one location to another location.
c. The amount earned under this clause shall be subject to a deduction, not to exceed the maximum (dollar amount), for each “chargeable” accident incurred by a driver while operating a school vehicle. The deduction shall constitute the cost of repairs to the school district. A “chargeable” accident shall be determined at the discretion of the Transportation Supervisor. At no cost to the District, the Union may appeal the Supervisor’s decision to the National Safety Council. The Council’s decision will be final.
Safety Award a) Safety Awards will be based on eight (8) week time periods beginning at the start of the project. There will be two (2) components to the safety awards.
i) One is an individual award and the other a crew award. Both awards will be paid on the first pay period following the completion of the eight (8) week time periods.
ii) The crew award will be paid if there was a no lost time accident or medical aid involving the Employer’s workforce on the project during the eight (8) week time period.
iii) The individual award will be paid if the individual had a no lost time accident or medical aid on the project during the eight (8) week time period.
iv) Both awards are defined in Schedule “A”.
b) Employees who are terminated for just cause or who quit prior to the completion of the project are not eligible to receive safety award payments.
Safety Award. If, at the completion of the project or at other predetermined times agreed to by the parties, no lost time accident involving the Employer's workforce has occurred on the project, all employees of the Employer excepting those employees who have quit or have been terminated for cause shall be eligible to receive a twenty-five cent ($0.25) per hour Safety Award for all hours worked on the project payable thirty (30) days following the completion of the project. A lost time accident is defined as an injury in which a physician advises an employee that he or she is unable to return to work the next scheduled work day following the accident (either in a full or light duty capacity).
Safety Award. The Employer shall pay a twenty-five cent ($0.25) per hour Safety Award to each employee who has worked without a lost time injury during the three (3) month periods defined below:
1) December 1 - February 28 (29) - Payable by April 1
2) March 1 - May 31 - Payable by July 1
3) June 1 - August 31 - Payable by October 1
4) September 1 - November 30 - Payable by January 1
Safety Award. (a) Employers will implement a Safety Award program. Its terms and conditions and implementation will be discussed and agreed upon by the Parties and documented in the Pre-Job Report, otherwise:
(i) Safety Awards will be based on eight (8) week time periods beginning at the start of the project. There will be two (2) components to the safety awards.

Safety Award. All full-time and part-time drivers will receive the following bonus for no accidents: First (1st) y e a r ................. $ 50 Second (2nd) y e a r ................. $ 125 Third (3rd) year and thereafter $ 225 Any chargeable accident against the driver will result in the loss of the bonus. Substitute drivers that drive ninety (90) days or more in any given school year, shall be eligible for the safety award. In the case of serious accidents, drivers’ safety bonus will be reduced on the following scale: ($1 - $499) $ 50 ($ 500 -$ 999 ) $100 ($1,000+) $A11 If the amount of damage is equal to or greater than the award due to a driver, the driver starts over at year one. If the amount of damage is less than the award due, the driver goes back one step. If there is zero cost of the incident, the driver’s standing is not impacted by the incident. This payment will be made at the end of August, or as soon as possible after the end of the school year. In the event an accident is clearly the fault of the driver, the District reserves the right to implement a progressive discipline plan including: Verbal Warning The date and content of the conversation will be logged Counseling Memo Written documentation of subsequent offenses Discipline Up to and including termination All phases of the discipline plan will be presented to the driver in the presence of the Chairperson of Designee if the employee so chooses. If an employee declines to have representation, the employee will be required to sign a statement indicating that they were offered the opportunity to have representation and chose not to. A copy of this statement will be given to the Association Chairperson. Unreported accidents will be charged to the last driver of the vehicle in accordance with paragraph three of this Article unless vandalism or other causes result in such damage. A report of all such accidents/damage shall be reported to the Transportation office upon return to the yard. In order to quality for the safety award full-time and part-time drivers must be employed for a minimum of five

Upon completion of six (6) months of received by the Plan employee receive the entire sum by the Employer the form of a personal Plan. Thereafter all contributions be deposited in the Same manner and will remain the property of the employee subject to the rules and

If, at the completion of every six (6) months from the beginning of the project, no lost time accident involving the Employer's workforce has occurred on the project all employees shall receive a twenty-five (25) cents per hour Safety Award for all hours worked on the project during that six (6) month interval, payable on the next pay period. The last interval of the project will be treated the same as above regardless of length. A lost time accident is defined as an injury in which a physician advises an employee that he or she is unable to return to work the next scheduled work day following the accident (either in a full or light duty capacity). Effective August 1, 2004 there shall be a review of the above. Where the parties cannot agree, the provisions of Article 25 shall apply.
