UNIFORMS AND PROTECTIVE FOOTWEAR. Employees who are required by the Employer to purchase protective footwear shall be reimbursed annually up to one hundred and fifteen dollars ($115), including taxes, for the purchase of protective footwear. Every third year, employees who are required by the Employer to wear a uniform will be issued seven (7) shirts and seven (7) pairs of pants.

Therefore the wearing of Company-issued uniforms is mandatory for all hourly drivers and for all Owner Operators excluding line haul as a condition of maintaining a Business Agreement. Warehouse staff will be provided coveralls if requested. The Company will pay for uniforms and any necessary alterations when such uniforms are required as determined by the Company. UNIFORMS AND PROTECTIVE FOOTWEAR. 24.01 Employees shall be required to wear uniforms as provided by the University. It is understood that such employees shall take the best possible care of all uniform issues and that uniforms, in clean and proper repair, shall be worn during all hours of work.
