Uniforms and Footwear. The Union and Employer agree to conduct the Uniform and Footwear program in accordance with Agency Directives. (Refer to QAD 1490 Procedure Uniform and Footwear Allowance or successor document.)

Uniforms and Footwear. (E) 13.01
Uniforms and Footwear. (1) Upon completion of employment, all personal equipment and uniforms must be returned to the Employer. This is inclusive of all categories of employment. In addition, the Employer must make sure that: (a) All full-time staff will be issued five (5) shirts and five (5) (b) All part time and casual staff will initially receive three (3) shirts and three (3) pants. Uniforms will be replaced on an as needed basis. (c) All Employees will be supplied with good quality SA approved safety boots as approved by the Employer and replaced on as required basis. (d) Each on-car Employee will be issued a winter jacket with zip out lining which shall remain the property of the company and shall be replaced as needed. (2) All Employees will be supplied by the Employer with the following personal equipment: (a) One service belt with belt loop for portable radio. (b) Winter apparel consisting of a sweater, pair of gloves and a winter hat. These items set forth shall be replaced on an as need basis. (3) The Employer will pay for all necessary initial alterations and additions to uniforms, including laundry and dry cleaning. (4) Employees shall be required to wear the uniforms and equipment supplied by the Employer at all times while on duty and at no other time.
Uniforms and Footwear. The county shall provide uniforms and footwear at no cost to the employee(s) when the wearing of such uniforms and footwear is deemed necessary or proper by the supervisor of the department in which the employee(s) work.
Uniforms and Footwear. Will be provided for all employees covered by this Agreement. It is the employee’s responsibility to maintain such apparel in a clean and tidy condition. Uniforms and Footwear. 12.01 CNS shall determine, and may amend from time to time, policy and practices that must be complied with concerning the wearing of uniforms and footwear including those uniform items and footwear which will be issued or provided free of charge, the length of time of expected wear before a free replacement will be issued, and the purchase priced should be employee with to replace an item of clothing before the free replacement date. Upon leaving employment, all items of uniform as determined by CNS must be returned before final pay/vacation pay will be made. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CNS agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the uniform items to be issued or supplied free of charge will not be lesser than is presently provided. The initial issue upon employment consists of the following: 1. one cap 2. two short sleeved blue shirts 3. one navy v-neck CNS embroidered sweater 4. two pairs of navy serge or poly blend trousers

Uniforms and Footwear. 16.01 The Company will supply to each employee (other than probationary, seasonal and part-time employees) as reasonably required by him during each year of this Agreement the items of standard work Clothing to the total amounts specified in the following schedule: Warehouse Worker - 5 shirts - 5 pairs of trousers or shorts - 3 jackets * females may receive smocks in lieu of shirts Automotive Mechanics - 2 jackets - 2 coveralls - 5 shirts Sales Department - 5 shirts - 5 pairs of trousers or shorts - 2 jackets (1) Sales Equipment Service may also receive 1 coverall. Employees with Class 1 Air Ticket may receive 1 coverall in lieu of 1 shirt and 1 trouser. Sales Equipment Service personnel shall also receive 1 winter vest in each two (2) year period. (2) The company will supply inside and outside employees with work gloves, as required, on a replacement basis.
Uniforms and Footwear. 27.01 The Employer shall provide three (3), by July 1st of each year, complete sets of uniforms for each calendar year. Uniforms, including coats, are for the exclusive use of the employee concerned and are to be worn during working hours only. Employees are responsible for keeping their uniforms neat, clean and in good repair. Uniform replacement will not be unreasonably withheld. The employer shall provide one coat during the term of the contract. 27.02 The Employer will reimburse each permanent employee (see Article 2) upon the presentation of an appropriate receipt up to a maximum of $200.00 per calendar year toward the purchase by July 1st of safety footwear.
