Uniforms and Footwear. The Union and Employer agree to conduct the Uniform and Footwear program in accordance with Agency Directives. (Refer to QAD 1490 Procedure Uniform and Footwear Allowance or successor document.)

Uniforms and Footwear. The county shall provide uniforms and footwear at no cost to the employee(s) when the wearing of such uniforms and footwear is deemed necessary or proper by the supervisor of the department in which the employee(s) work.
Uniforms and Footwear. Will be provided for all employees covered by this Agreement. It is the employee’s responsibility to maintain such apparel in a clean and tidy condition. After an initial fit out and allowing for reasonable wear and tear, old items of apparel will exchanged with new items on a needs basis. Such apparel will remain the property of the Company.
Uniforms and Footwear. (1) Upon completion of employment, all personal equipment and uniforms must be returned to the Employer. This is inclusive of all categories of employment. In addition, the Employer must make sure that:
(a) All full-time staff will be issued five (5) shirts and five (5)
(b) All part time and casual staff will initially receive three (3) shirts and three (3) pants. Uniforms will be replaced on an as needed basis.
(c) All Employees will be supplied with good quality SA approved safety boots as approved by the Employer and replaced on as required basis.
(d) Each on-car Employee will be issued a winter jacket with zip out lining which shall remain the property of the company and shall be replaced as needed.
(2) All Employees will be supplied by the Employer with the following personal equipment:
(a) One service belt with belt loop for portable radio.
(b) Winter apparel consisting of a sweater, pair of gloves and a winter hat. These items set forth shall be replaced on an as need basis.
(3) The Employer will pay for all necessary initial alterations and additions to uniforms, including laundry and dry cleaning.
(4) Employees shall be required to wear the uniforms and equipment supplied by the Employer at all times while on duty and at no other time.

Uniforms and Footwear. Clothing and Footwear Allowance for Full Time Employees
Uniforms and Footwear. 27.01 The Employer shall provide three (3), by July 1st of each year, complete sets of uniforms for each calendar year. Uniforms, including coats, are for the exclusive use of the employee concerned and are to be worn during working hours only. Employees are responsible for keeping their uniforms neat, clean and in good repair. Uniform replacement will not be unreasonably withheld. The employer shall provide one coat during the term of the contract.
27.02 The Employer will reimburse each permanent employee (see Article 2) upon the presentation of an appropriate receipt up to a maximum of $200.00 per calendar year toward the purchase by July 1st of safety footwear.
Uniforms and Footwear. The Employer shall provide and maintain all uniforms and protective clothing which are required to be worn on duty by Patrol Officers and Security Supervisors.

(a) Upon presentation of receipts, the Company will pay the cost of safety footwear as approved by the Company to a maximum of $200.00 annually. To meet the required approval standards, all such footwear must have steel toe caps and puncture resistant soles (green patch).
