Unused Sick Leave Reimbursement. For any unused sick day over the 100 accumulated days, teachers or their beneficiary will be reimbursed $35 per day at the end of each school year. The number of accumulated sick days shall be stated on the first paycheck stub of each year.
Unused Sick Leave Reimbursement. The Board of Trustees of the Xxxxxx Public Schools will provide unused sick leave reimbursements to eligible teacher personnel. The reimbursement is solely for teaching personnel contracted by the Xxxxxx Public School System.

Unused Sick Leave Reimbursement. The following procedures will be used in providing for cash reimbursement for unused sick leave:

Unused Sick Leave Reimbursement. At separation from the TOWN, except for just cause, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one day's pay for each two (2) days of sick leave accumulated up to a maximum payment of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).
Unused Sick Leave Reimbursement. The total of unused sick leave for an employee may accumulate to one hundred twenty (120) days. Each employee will be paid annually for all unused sick leave days due his credit in excess of one hundred twenty (120) days at the rate of one days pay for each two days excess sick leave. At retirement, an employee shall be paid for all unused sick leave days up to the maximum amount to be accumulated of one hundred twenty (120) days at the above rate of one days pay for each two days of sick leave so accumulated to a maximum of sixty (60) days pay. Unused Sick Leave Reimbursement. Upon retirement, a service employee with ten years of service in District 99 will receive fifty dollars ($50.00) per day for unused sick leave up to a maximum of $5,000. This payout will be paid only to an employee who has accrued sick days remaining after the employee has utilized any and all sick days to secure additional service credit with IMRF. The payout shall be made as a post retirement severance payment once the employee’s final retirement has been calculated by IMRF and the employee provides his/her final unused sick day report to the District he/she received from IMRF.
