Vacation Pay Procedure. (a) Ten (10) month employees shall accrue vacation entitlement as a percentage of gross earnings on each pay, as per the percentages in Article 20.01. These employees shall be paid vacation days at Christmas and Spring breaks with any balance paid out in the last pay period in April and the last pay period in June, unless other arrangements have been made according to Article 20.07.

Vacation Pay Procedure. (a) Employees shall receive on the last office day preceding commencement of their annual vacation any monies which may fall due during the period of their vacation, if requested by the employee at least two (2) weeks prior to commencement of the vacation.

  • Vacation Pay Advance Where an Employee requests vacation pay in advance and provides fourteen (14) days written notice prior to the commencement of the vacation, vacation pay shall be provided to the Employee no later than her last scheduled working day prior to vacation.

  • VACATION PLAN Employees shall earn paid vacation time under this Article. Vacation benefits are earned on a fiscal year basis -- July 1 through June 30.

  • Vacation Pay (d) Paid Union leaves. All other payments, premiums, allowances etc. are excluded.

  • Vacation Pay on Termination An employee whose employment is terminated shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages or salary earned during the period of entitlement in accordance with the employee's years of service.

  • VACATION AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Benefit Plan. Income tax shall be deducted weekly from the employee's earnings increased by the amount of vacation pay.

  • Vacation Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such medical, dental and life insurance, retirement and other plans as the Company may have or establish from time to time on terms and conditions applicable to other senior executives of the Company generally. The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.

  • Annual Vacation Pay Vacation pay shall be paid at the regular hourly rate of the Nurse in effect immediately prior to the Nurse taking vacation.

  • Vacation Pay Upon Termination When an employee in the bargaining unit is terminated for any reason, he/she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up to and including the effective date of the termination.
