Vacation Service Clause Samples

Vacation Service. Regular full-time employees are entitled to use vacation with pay after six (6) months of continuous service with the Employer. Vacation time is credited each bi- weekly pay period pursuant to the rates established below. Although employees will accrue vacation leave during their first year of employment, employees are not eligible to use vacation leave until after their first anniversary of service with the Employer. The amount of vacation leave to which a full-time employee is entitled is based upon years of service, as follows:
Vacation Service. For the purpose of vacation leave, continuous service is defined as:
Vacation Service. Vacation services are available after contract term. (Maximum 6 months per year)
Vacation Service. A teacher who agrees to render service during the summer vacation period, at the written request of the superintendent, shall be paid 1/200th of the teacher’s total annual salary (less any allowance) for each full day of work, or 1/400th (less any allowance) of the teacher’s total annual salary for each half day of work. Teachers agreeing to teach summer school shall be paid 1/200th of the teacher’s total annual salary (less any allowances) for each day of summer school they teach. This clause applies to teachers in receipt of an administrators allowance only when they are asked to do work outside of their role as a school administrator.
Vacation Service. For the purpose of vacation leave, continuous service is defined as: (a) the length of continuous service with the Employer for employees hired subsequent to July 1, 1992; (b) the length of continuous service with the Employer and the Federal Government, for former Transport Canada employees who joined the Employer at the date of transfer, July 1, 1992; (c) continuous employment notwithstanding a break in employment of one (1) year or less. The duration of the break in employment shall not be counted in calculating service for vacation leave.

Vacation Service. Vacation services are available and will extend the length of such contract accordingly.
Vacation Service. We offer a vacation option for Services. You must contact CenturyLink customer service and request to activate this option. We will keep the vacation option on your account until you notify us, up to a maximum of 6 months from the date that we activate the vacation option. Under the vacation option, no Service will be available and you will not attempt to use Services in any way. But all Services will remain on your account and we will invoice you for the current monthly recurring charge for Services under the vacation option. We will not invoice you for Service features during the vacation period, but all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges will continue to be assessed while you are on the vacation option.
