VEHICLES AND PARKING. Not withstanding anything to the contrary, Resident agrees that Agent shall have the exclusive right and power to regulate and control any aspect of motor vehicles (includes cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, trailers, etc.) and parking at the community at any time. Agent’s right and power includes but is not limited to the right but not the obligation to assign or designate parking spaces. If Resident has executed a Garage, Carport (Parking), Storage Addendum, Resident agrees that Agent may cancel, change, or amend the Garage, Carport (Parking), Storage Addendum or reassign Resident a different garage, and/or parking space upon 72 hours written notice to Resident.
VEHICLES AND PARKING. 12.1 You, anyone living with you or visiting you must not do any of the following: Park a vehicle anywhere on the Property unless the Property has a garage, parking space or a driveway which is a hardstanding with a dropped kerb. Allow anyone, other than your relatives, visitors and/or friends to park at the property. Park any vehicle which is untaxed, illegal, is not roadworthy or is in disrepair on any land belonging to us. If you do, the vehicle must have a valid SORN and you must have our permission to park on our land. Store a Caravan or Motorhome on the Property without our written consent Allow a Caravan or Motorhome to be used as living quarters whilst it is on the Property Build a parking space, garage or driveway (hardstanding) without our written permission. Drive across a kerb to access the Property unless the kerb has been dropped in accordance with the regulations of the Highway Authority. You must have written permission from us and the Highway Authority to adapt a pavement so a vehicle can cross it. Drive or park any vehicle over any grassed or landscaped area Park any vehicle on a designated area set aside for emergency vehicles or park in any area which causes an obstruction or would block access for emergency vehicles or refuse collection vehicle. Double park vehicles or park in a way which causes obstructions to pedestrians or other road users. Carry out any vehicle repairs or maintenance, except minor maintenance on your own vehicle or to any vehicle on the Property, Communal Areas, Gardens, driveways or roads in the neighbourhood without prior written consent being given by Us. Use any Garden or driveway to the Property to store, load or unload vehicles, store scrap metal or break up vehicles for spare parts. Cause nuisance to Neighbours or damage to pathways, driveways and parking spaces through leakages or spillages from vehicles. Have a motor-related business from the Property or receive payment for repairing any vehicle at the Property. Store any moped, motorbike or machinery having a petrochemical engine inside the Property or in Communal Areas.
12.2 Your vehicle must be less than 2 metres high (6 foot 6”), less than 1.83 metres wide (6’) and less than 4.8 metres long (16 feet). If you wish to park a bigger vehicle you must have prior written permission from us to do so.
VEHICLES AND PARKING. Parking is located in the Big Oaks parking area. RVs are not permitted in the parking area overnight. Vehicles are not permitted in the campground or special events area unless supervised access is provided as part of a special event (permit required). Camping gear must be carried in from the parking area.
VEHICLES AND PARKING. 12.1. You, members of your household and visitors must: • Comply with the terms of any resident parking scheme. The transfer, sale or misuse of the permit or visitors permit will be considered a breach of this tenancy agreement. • Park any vehicle including a caravan, motor home or trailer considerately and follow any parking restrictions, signs and markings in the area around the property, • Not park any vehicle including a caravan, motor home or trailer on the grass verges near the property or anywhere that could block access by the emergency services or waste collection services • Not park caravans, motor homes and trailers in any Oxford City Council land designated for parking • Not park an illegal, unroadworthy or untaxed vehicle on the property, on any Oxford City Council controlled land around or next to the property, on car parking areas or on the road, verges or pavements that is non Highway land controlled by Oxford City Council, unless you can provide a valid acknowledgment of a Statutory Off Road Notice (SORN) issued by the DVLA for the period. A copy of the SORN must be visible on the vehicle and vehicles with a SORN must not be parked on our land for more than six months. After six months a vehicle with a SORN will be considered to be abandoned. • If a vehicle, including a caravan or motor home, is preventing Highways work it will be removed as a nuisance vehicle. • Should a vehicle be on any Council land, covered in such a way so as to obscure the registration plates, the Council reserve the right to uncover it enough to determine the make / model / registration number, to enable the status of the vehicle to be determined.
12.2. You must obtain our written permission before you park a motor vehicle, trailer, caravan or boat anywhere in your garden. Permission will not be given to park a caravan or motorised boat next to the property.
12.3. You must also get our written permission to park a commercial vehicle on our land, or on any part of your garden or yard if the vehicle is more than 4.8 metres long, or more than 1.83 metres wide, or more than 2 metres high (a standard short bed van).
12.4. We must give you an answer within 42 days of receiving a letter from you asking for our permission. The letter will explain the conditions that you must comply with before parking the vehicle.
12.5. You must not carry out major repairs including engine changes, body part replacements and paint spraying, to any vehicle at the Property or on our land.

VEHICLES AND PARKING. Owner reserves the right to control parking and to tow away, at Resident’s expense, any vehicle causing an unsafe/hazardous condition or parked in unauthorized spaces. No automobile or other motor-driven vehicle or cycle may be brought onto the premises unless such vehicle complies with governmental noise limitations, is free of any leaking fluids, insured for public liability/ property damage, operable, and currently register.
VEHICLES AND PARKING. It is the responsibility of everyone who operates a motor vehicle on the premises to become familiar with the following information. These regulations have been established in order to provide safe and orderly conduct of the parking facilities.
1. The parking and traffic regulations posted on any private streets, roads or drives must be obeyed.
2. All ordinances regarding fire lanes must be obeyed. Any vehicle parked in a fire lane, no parking area or blocking a fire hydrant, refuse container, another vehicle, sidewalk, lawn or otherwise illegally or improperly parked may be towed without notice at the vehicle owner’s expense.
3. Neither Landlord nor management, its agents, employees, or contractors shall have any liability for any damage or theft of vehicles.
VEHICLES AND PARKING. A. There is not designated parking for the Center. All parking within San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ is first come first serve.
B. Vehicles are permitted only in designated parking areas and paved roadways. Motorized vehicles are not allowed on walkways, patios, or grassy areas. No vehicles are allowed inside the building for any reason.
VEHICLES AND PARKING i) Any motor vehicle owned or operated by the licensee within University parking lots must display a parking permit.
ii) Penalty for violation of traffic laws is assessed according to University traffic rules and regulations.
iii) Licensee is expected to remove his/her vehicle(s) from parking lots during snow removal operations. Failure to remove vehicle(s) will result in towing at the owner’s expense. North Dakota State University will not be responsible for damage incurred during parking lot maintenance.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Landlord shall have the exclusive right and power to regulate and control any aspect of motor vehicles (includes cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, trailers, etc.) and parking at the Premises at any time. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s right and power includes but is not limited to the right but not the obligation to assign or designate parking spaces. Motor vehicles include but are not limited to cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, trailers, etc. No recreational or commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, or campers shall be stored or parked on the Premises or the Property at any time without prior written consent of Landlord. Changing oil or performing mechanical repairs is prohibited. Any vehicle that in Landlord’s reasonable determination is: unsightly, unsafe, unauthorized, prohibited, unlicensed, abandoned, improperly parked, illegally parked, wrongfully parked in a reserved or designated space or handicap space without proper authorization, parked in fire lanes, impedes traffic, leaks, is inoperable, belongs to any Tenant or occupant that has surrendered or abandoned possession of the Premises, etc. is not permitted and may be booted or towed at the vehicle owner’s or ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s expense in accordance with state towing laws, including towing may occur without notice in applicable circumstances. Motorcycles are to be parked only in driveway or on the street and are not permitted on the sidewalks, in landscaped areas, or in any building at any time. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s use of any parking facility, area, or space is at Tenant’s sole and exclusive risk. Landlord may relocate any vehicle as necessary to complete repairs on the Property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, if Landlord tows any vehicle, Tenant shall be liable for and pay Landlord or any other person all costs and expenses incurred or associated with any towing, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to hold Landlord harmless and indemnify Landlord if any towing of any vehicle of Tenant, occupant, or guest is required.
