Work Review Meetings. The Contractor shall prepare, conduct, and document a weekly Work review with the Facilities Operations staff and a monthly review with the Judicial Council management team. These meetings shall include essential Contractor personnel and key Judicial Council representatives. All TOs will be reviewed at the monthly review meeting. Contractor shall provide status reports, charts and other aids to assist Judicial Council management in tracking the status of Work, Facility conditions, expenditures, Key Performance Indicators, and other items as requested by Judicial Council staff.

Work Review Meetings. The Company and the Unions agree it is the intent to have maintenance work in the plant performed by Mondelez employees. The parties also recognize that certain circumstances may necessitate the work being performed by vendors. As situations warrant, and at the discretion of management, employee(s) may be assigned to shadow and/or complete work with the vendor, allowing the employee(s) to learn the upgraded/new equipment and/or technology, so they may continue to maintain the equipment and/or scope of work. Weekly work review meetings will be held between the Company and the Unions to discuss upcoming maintenance work, and how the work is to be carried out. The ultimate decision will be made at the Company's sole discretion, but the meeting’s agenda must include a discussion of upcoming projects. The Company will utilize the language below to offer the work in writing to the appropriate bargaining unit at a work review meeting before that work is scheduled to start and, if appropriate, will identify which member(s) of the appropriate bargaining unit will be assigned to work with that vendor. Participants will include members of Management and one participant designated by each Union. The Bakery has upcoming maintenance work that will be described in the “scope of work” section of this document.   • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.
