WORK SCHEDULE - SECRETARIES. A. HOURS OF WORK 1. All full time secretaries work 7 hours per day. The standard work day will be from 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p.m. (including either a one (1) hour lunch or a 45 minute lunch plus a fifteen (15) minute coffee break). To assure coverage, starting and ending times may be either earlier or later. a. Summer work hours shall be six hours per day, inclusive of one half hour lunch period and shall be in effect as of the day following the last day of school for teachers and up to the day teachers return to begin the school year. b. On the day preceding Thanksgiving and Memorial Day, all secretaries shall be permitted to leave school one-half hour after the students however, to avail themselves of this provision and to avoid inequities, all secretaries must begin at the same time on each of these days (7:00 a.m.). c. Inclement weather - If school is closed due to inclement weather conditions, secretaries will be so notified and will not be required to report to work unless requested by an immediate supervisor or designee. Snow days designated in the school calendar but not used, shall be work days for secretaries. d. Emergency/Early Dismissal - When students and teachers are dismissed early from school due to inclement weather or emergency conditions, secretaries may be permitted to leave the building 2 hour after students and teachers are dismissed. 2. Delayed opening - Secretaries will report to work as close as possible to their regular start time. 3. The work year for ten month secretaries will be from September 1 through June 30. In addition to the legal holidays listed, ten (10) month secretaries receive time off in accordance with the annual school calendar. 4. The work year for 12 month secretarial personnel will be July 1 to June 30 of the ensuing year. In addition to the legal holidays listed, twelve (12) month secretaries shall receive time off in accordance with Sections C. and D. of this article. B. HOLIDAYS: The following are paid holidays for secretaries: Labor Day December 24 and 25 Rosh Hashanah/Yom Kippur December 31 and January 1 (If school is closed) *Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day

  • Secretaries The regular work year for secretaries will range from 200 days to 220 days exclusive of holidays, and each secretary will be assigned to one of the following work schedules. Distinction between Administrative Secretary and Office Secretary is used to determine length of work year.

  • Assistant Secretaries Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, Assistant Secretaries, if there are any, shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Member, the President, any Vice President, if there are any appointed, or the Secretary, and in the absence of the Secretary or in the event of his disability or refusal to act, shall perform the duties of the Secretary, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Secretary.

  • Assistant Treasurers and Assistant Secretaries The assistant treasurers and assistant secretaries shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to them by the treasurer or the secretary, respectively, or by the chairman and chief executive officer, the president or the Management Committee.

  • Secretary and Assistant Secretaries The secretary shall record all proceedings of the shareholders and the Trustees in books to be kept therefor, which books shall be kept at the principal office of the Trust. In the absence of the secretary from any meeting of shareholders or Trustees, an assistant secretary, or if there be none or he or she is absent, a temporary clerk chosen at the meeting shall record the proceedings thereof in the aforesaid books.

  • Assistant Treasurers The Assistant Treasurers will, in the absence or disability of the Treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Treasurer and will perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Managers may from time to time prescribe.

  • Vice Presidents The Vice Presidents will, subject to the control of the Member, perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the President and will have the general powers and duties usually vested in the office of vice president of corporations, and will have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Member. In the case of the death, disability or absence of the President, a Vice President shall perform and be vested with all the duties and powers of the President until the Member appoints a new President.

  • Treasurer and Assistant Treasurers The Board, in its discretion, may elect a Treasurer and one or more Assistant Treasurers. The Treasurer shall keep or cause to be kept the books of account of the Company and shall render statements of the financial affairs of the Company in such form and as often as required by this Agreement, the Board or a President. The Treasurer, subject to the order of the Board, shall have the custody of all funds and securities of the Company. The Treasurer shall perform all other duties commonly incident to his office and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as this Agreement, the Board or a President, shall designate from time to time. The Assistant Treasurers shall exercise the power of the Treasurer during that Officer’s absence or inability or refusal to act. Each of the Assistant Treasurers shall possess the same power as the Treasurer to sign all certificates, contracts, obligations and other instruments of the Company. If no Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer is appointed and serving or in the absence of the appointed Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer, a President or such other Officer as the Board shall select, shall have the powers and duties conferred upon the Treasurer.

  • The President the Treasurer and the Secretary shall be elected by the Trustees upon the occurrence of any vacancy in any such office. Other officers, if any, may be elected or appointed by the Trustees at any time. Vacancies in any such other office may be filled at any time.

  • Executive Offices The principal place of business and chief executive office of Borrower, and the office where Borrower will keep all records and files regarding the Collateral, is set forth on the cover page of this Agreement.
