Xxxx'x Responsibilities. The Xxxx shall submit an independent written recommendation regarding reappointment, promotion, and/or tenure to the Xxxxxxx. In cases when the Xxxx is in agreement with the immediately preceding RPT Committee’s recommendation, his/her recommendation may consist solely of a statement indicating such agreement.

Xxxx'x Responsibilities. 5.1 The Hall shall ensure that the premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained for the Hirer's use. 5.2 The Hall shall provide reasonable access to the Hall premises during the agreed-upon hire period. 5.3 The Hall shall respond promptly to any problems or issues reported by the Hirer regarding the condition, maintenance, or functionality of the Hall premises, fixtures, or equipment. 5.4 The Hall shall make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the reported problems in a timely manner. 5.5 The Hall shall keep the Hirer informed of the progress made in resolving the reported problems or issues. 5.6 The Hall's responsibility to respond promptly and resolve problems shall be subject to the availability of necessary resources and the nature of the reported problems. 5.7 The Hall provides a kitchen space that can be used for the preparation of drinks. The space should not be used for the preparation of food without the prior written approval of the Hall.
Xxxx'x ResponsibilitiesCity will not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information or data provided by others. XXXX will have the responsibility for the following activities, the cost of which are included in the GMP: (1) Reviewing and verifying the information and data provided by others; (2) Locating all underground facilities on, or contiguous to, the Project Site, to the extent knowledge of adjacent underground facilities is necessary and reasonable to secure; (3) Coordinating the Work with the owners of the underground facilities during construction; (4) Providing for the safety and protection of all underground facilities affected by the Work; and (5) Integrating any underground facility into the Work as necessary.
Xxxx'x Responsibilities. When Xxxxx’x support team receives a call from the City that a Downtime has occurred or is occurring, Xxxxx will work with the City to identify the cause of the Downtime (including whether it may be the result of a Client Error Incident or Force Majeure). Xxxxx will also work with the City to resume normal operations. Upon timely receipt of the City’s Downtime report, Xxxxx will compare that report to Xxxxx’x own outage logs and support tickets to confirm that a Downtime for which Xxxxx was responsible indeed occurred. Xxxxx will respond to the City’s Downtime report within 30 day(s) of receipt. To the extent Xxxxx has confirmed Downtime for which Xxxxx is responsible, Xxxxx will provide the City with the relief set forth below.
Xxxx'x Responsibilities. The RESA will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and disbursing the Title III funds under the guidance of the Department’s ESOL/Title III division, and will provide the necessary management and control to ensure all participating LEAs that make up the consortium are benefiting from their participation in the consortium. More specifically, the RESA will perform or provide the following: 1) The RESA will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and disbursing the Title III funds under the guidance of the Department’s Title III unit, and will provide the necessary management and control to ensure all LEAs that make up the consortium are benefiting from their participation in the consortium. 2) The RESA will submit appropriate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports to the Department’s Title III Program as determined by the Department. 3) The RESA will manage and disburse funds on behalf of the LEAs in the following areas; professional learning focusing on the needs of EL students; attendance by LEAs' selected teachers and coordinators at ESOL/Title III language-related conferences; and, purchase required materials in support of EL students in their schools, under the guidance of, and subject to approval by the Department. 4) The RESA will process related administrative forms, to include course completion forms and PLU credit. 5) The RESA will contract with facilitators approved by the Department, to provide the professional learning services specified above. 6) The RESA will contract for the services needed to facilitate attendance by Title III directors, teachers and administrators at ESOL- related conferences and seminars, both in state and out of state. 7) The RESA will contract for appropriate training facilities, subject to Department approval, to conduct training and workshops for LEA personnel. 8) The RESA will maintain property inventory.
