Xxxxxxx Review. Within ten (10) days of receipt, the Xxxxxxx shall review the proposed department clarifications to ensure compliance with this Agreement, the mission and goals of the University, and University standards as established in the most recent, BOT-approved version of the Faculty Handbook.

Xxxxxxx Review a. The Chancellor shall initiate a review of the Xxxxxxx and Vice Chancellor (hereinafter referred to as Xxxxxxx) after five (5) years in that position and once every five (5) years thereafter, by which the faculty, in conjunction with other University groups, submits a written review of the Xxxxxxx.
Xxxxxxx Review. 8. 8.1 After considering the materials submitted by the applicants and evaluations provided by all preceding reviewers, the Xxxxxxx will either recommend or not recommend each application.
Xxxxxxx Review. The Xxxxxxx shall review those applications recommended by the deans, as well as those not recommended but appealed by the bargaining unit member, and will recommend applications to be submitted to the Board of Trustees for approval.
Xxxxxxx Review. An employee’s grievance shall first be presented by his Xxxxxxx to the xxxxxxx. If no satisfaction is reached within twenty-four (24) hours, that matter shall be referred to the Association employer and the Union.

  • Periodic Review The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.
