Xxxxxxx's Leave. One-half (1/2) day leave may be granted without loss of salary or wages to attend a funeral or memorial service, provided the employee has the approval for leave from his/her Supervisor.
Xxxxxxx's Leave. One (1) day leave shall be granted without loss of salary or wages to attend a funeral as a pallbearer or mourner.
Xxxxxxx's Leave. A one-half (1/2) day leave shall be granted, without pay, to attend as a pallbearer or mourner. Where the family of a deceased employee requests pallbearers from the Union, the Employer may grant the necessary leave with pay to be recovered from Local 4148 for up to six (6) pallbearers.
Xxxxxxx's Leave. Applications for leave of absence up to three and a half (3.5) hours may be granted without loss of salary or wages at the discretion of the Chief Librarian or designate to attend a funeral as a pall-bearer or mourner.
Xxxxxxx's Leave. Effective 2013 March 09, three and one‐half (3½) hours’ leave shall be granted without loss of salary or wages to attend a funeral as a pall‐bearer or mourner.
Xxxxxxx's Leave. (a) All employees, if scheduled, will be granted one half (1/2) day leave without loss of salary or wages to attend a funeral providing notice to the Employer is given twenty-four (24) hours in advance in writing.
(b) All employees, if scheduled, will be granted one (1) day leave without loss of salary or wages to administer bereavement responsibilities such as executor or pall bearer, providing notice to the Employer is given twenty-four (24) hours in advance in writing.

(b) Full-time employees may be granted one-half (½) day leave with pay to attend the funeral of an employee, to a maximum of two (2) employees.
Xxxxxxx's Leave. An employee may request a one-half day leave of absence without pay for the purpose of attending a funeral as a pall bearer or mourner. Arrangements for such leave may be made through discussion with the Manager of Human Resources. Where the family of a deceased employee requests pall bearers from the Union, the Manager of Human Resources may grant leaves of absence for up to six (6) pall bearers. Such leaves will not be unreasonably withheld, however due consideration will be given to the impact of the number of employees being away at one time. The employees will be paid by the Association and the Union shall reimburse the Association for all pay and benefits incurred during the leave.
