Years of Service Days. Each member of the bargaining unit will earn one-half (1/2) day for each consecutive year of service within the bargaining unit at Xxxxx XXXX, up to a maximum of five (5) days for ten (10) or more years of service. Years of service days are granted each July 1 provided the employee has worked at least one hundred twenty (120) workdays in the preceding fiscal year. At the end of each fiscal year, members may, at their option, do one or more of the following with their current fiscal year YES days: a. Cash in unused days at the end of each fiscal year for 90% of the per diem value, and/or b. Use the days for additional time off from work, and/or c. Carry over unused days into the carryover bank. Effective July 1, 2019, unused YES days remaining at the end of each fiscal year will be paid at 100% of the per diem rate. Unused days as of June 30, 2019 in the carryover bank will be paid out at 100% of the per diem rate and all carryover banks will be eliminated. In addition, until June 30, 2019: ● The maximum number of days in the carryover bank resulting from unused YES days is capped at five (5) days; ● The maximum number of days in the carryover bank resulting from converted sick days is capped at four (4) days, as described in Section 12.6.1, Sick Leave Days.

Members, at their option, may: cash in unused years of service days at the end of each fiscal year for 90% of the per diem value, and/or use days for additional time off from work, and/or carry over no more than 5 days from one fiscal year or upon separation to the next. An employee’s bank of years of service days shall be capped at 9 days. Members shall exercise their option for the use of years of service days on or before June 30 of each year. Days not used by June 30 may be carried over or cashed in. Days that are carried over cannot be cashed in.

  • Years of Service A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Credited Service In addition to Current Credited Service the Adopting Employer may include as Credited Service the following types of service:

  • Year of Service An Employee must complete at least Hours of Service during a Vesting Computation Period to receive credit for a Year of Service under Article V. [Note: The number may not exceed 1,000. If left blank, the requirement is 1,000.]

  • Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.

  • Term of Service Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Breaks in Service An employee’s seniority record shall be broken by voluntary resignation, discharge, reduction in force, or retirement. Should an employee laid off return to work within one year, the seniority will pick up from the date of return. Seniority rights will be forfeited if a continuous period of layoff exceeds one year. Should an employee leave his/her assignment in this bargaining unit for another position with the district, the seniority will be frozen. Should an employee return to this bargaining unit, seniority shall continue from the seniority level previously attained.

  • Vacation Earnings for Partial Years (1) During the first partial year of service a new employee will earn vacation at the rate of three and two-thirds (32/3) days for each month for which the employee earns ten (10) days pay. (2) Subject to Clause 17.8, any unused vacation earned during the first (1st) partial year will be paid to the employee at December 31st of that year. (b) During the first (1st) and subsequent vacation years an employee will earn one-twelfth (1/12) of the annual entitlement for each month in which the employee has received at least ten (10) days' pay at straight-time rates. Where an employee has taken more vacation than earned, the unearned portion taken shall be charged against future earned credits or recovered upon termination whichever occurs first.
