Provincial Medical Plan. Effective the first day of the month after the employee completes their probationary period, eligible employees (as identified in Article 23.4[a][3]) will be enrolled in the basic provincial medical plan for the employee and their families. The Employer will pay 100% of the premium.
Provincial Medical Plan. The term "Provincial Medical Plan" as used in this Program shall mean a plan constituted under the laws of a province providing medical expense benefits for residents of such province.

Provincial Medical Plan. (a) Enrolment to the BC Medical Services Plan shall be available to post probationary employees who work a minimum of twenty five (25) hours per week, averaged over an eight week period. Employees will not suffer loss of eligibility due to scheduling changes. Effective date of ratification the Employer shall pay seventy five percent (75%) and the employee shall pay twenty five percent (25%) of the premium; Effective May 1, 2002, the Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium.
Provincial Medical Plan. Effective the first day of the month after the coming into force of this collective agreement, eligible employees may, at their option, be covered by the basic provincial medical plan for the employee and dependents. The Employer will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium.
Provincial Medical Plan. Enrollment to the B.C. Medical Services Plan shall be available to eligible employees. Coverage includes dependants, the Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium.
Provincial Medical Plan. The Company contributes one hundred (100%) percent of the monthly billed premiums for the Provincial Health Insurance Plan.
